The maximum weight capacity is 200 lb (90.7 kg) for the flat-panel display and 25 lb (11.3 kg) for the A/V shelf.

How do I adjust the height of the TV on the cart?

At least two people are required. Lock the casters, unplug devices, ensure cables have slack, hold the TV while a partner removes the security screws and presses the spring pins, then move risers to desired height until spring pins engage, and reinsert security screws above the spring pins.

What VESA patterns does the FPC-85 support?

It supports VESA patterns from 200×200 mm to 800×500 mm. The included screws (M5, M6, M8) and washers fit most displays.

How do I install the casters?

Attach the casters to the base. It is recommended to lock the casters during installation and cart assembly to prevent movement.

Can I use the cart for a display smaller than 55 inches?

The cart is designed for displays 55 to 85 inches. Using smaller screens may not be optimal but could work if VESA pattern and weight are within limits. However, follow the intended use to avoid warranty void.

How do I clean the cart?

Use only a mild detergent solution and quickly wipe dry with a soft cloth. Avoid excessive exposure to liquids.

Setting Up the Risers

1. Lay the riser assembly on a flat surface.
2. Remove the locking screws.
3. Pull the riser out approximately 2 inches, until the spring pin securely pops into the open hole.
4. Repeat these steps for the second riser.

Selecting the Right VESA Mounting Hardware for Your Display

A variety of screws are included to fit VESA standards on the back of most displays. Select the appropriate M5, M6, or M8 screws and washers. Hand-thread the screws to determine the correct diameter.

If the screw is too short, it may not hold the display. If it's too long, it may damage the display.

If Your TV Has a Flat Back:

Install the bracket directly to your TV, using only the screws and washers provided.

If Your TV Has a Curved Back or Recessed Mounting:

Install the spacer between the bracket and your TV. Then fasten with the screws and washers until secure.

Important! Adjusting the TV height is at minimum a two-person job. These steps must be done by at least two people.

1. Lock the casters.
2. Unplug all connected devices.
   Caution: Make sure the cables have enough slack to move the risers up or down.
3. Hold the TV while your partner removes the security screws and presses the spring pins.
4. Move the risers to the desired height until the spring pins pop into their holes. Then reinsert the security screws.

FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This GABOR product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty provider's responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider's discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.

This warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THE WARRANTY PROVIDER MAKES NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from state to state.

To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Gabor Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number, and return the defective product to Gabor along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser's own risk and expense.
