When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions thoroughly.
- Before using the Water Boiler, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).

Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.

Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced with the same type and size of a qualified person or bring the unit to the manufacturer or to the nearest Imarflex Authorized Service Center to avoid hazard.

Do not allow cord to touch hot surface of the Water Boiler.

To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the Water Boiler in water.

Do not place the Water Boiler near gas stove, electric burner or heated oven.

Do not exceed into the maximum capacity if the water boiler is overfilled, boiling water may come out and it may cause injuries.

Extreme caution must be exercised when using an appliance containing hot water when boiling.

The parts which are easy to touch may become hot; keep them out of the reach of babies and children.

Put the Water Boiler on stable surface; keep it away from the edge of counter to avoid accident.

Do not use the Water Boiler, if it is empty.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

Do not use this unit other than its intended use.

Do not use the Water Boiler for outdoor use.

CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
DESCRIPTION OF PARTS

HOW TO USE
- Open the lid and pour in water. Do not fill the Water and Coffee Boiler over the max water level indicator.

Plug the unit into the convenience outlet.

If you only want to boil water, place the percolator tube and the filter basket in the tank. Pour water up to the water level indicator.
- If you want to brew coffee, place the percolator tube and the filter basket in the tank and put the desired amount of coffee. Do not fill water over the filter basket.
Note: Make sure that the percolator tube is fitted inside the Water and Coffee Boiler. Otherwise, it will not work properly.

NOTE: Ratio may vary depending on the type of coffee.
You can adjust the ratio of the coffee according to your personal taste.
- Switch ON. The BOIL indicator will light up and the water starts to heat up, once the BOIL indicator turns OFF and the KEEP WARM indicator turns ON, it means the Water and Coffee Boiler is in the state of preserving heat.
- Use the spout in dispensing water/coffee.
- Switch OFF after use.
NOTE: It has a RESET BUTTON function, once the unit dried out of water it will shut-off, it can only be activated when you push the Reset Button.
This unit is for household use only.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Proper cleaning of the unit is necessary to prolong the use of unit. Always clean the unit daily as much as possible. Cleaning of the unit can be done when there is no customer already.
- Be sure to unplug the unit, discard any remaining water and allow to cool off before cleaning.
- Clean the unit with powder soap and using scotch brite to wipe in the inside wall of the unit.
- Clean also the water passage tube (percolator tube); make sure that there is no foreign material to block the holes of the tube.
- Lid, percolator tube and filter basket are washable with soap and water.
DISCOLORING OF THE WATER TANK
This is caused by oxidizing of iron content in tap water. It can be removed by using nylon brush and follow these simple steps:
a. Cut a lemon into four, wrap the lemon in cloth and place inside the unit.
b. Pour water up to the full water level indicator.
c. Boil the water and let the mixture remain inside the unit for about 1 hour.
d. Pour out the water and use a nylon brush to clean the inner part.
e. To remove the smell of the lemon, boil water again, and dispose the water.
- Use damp cloth to clean the body. Wipe it dry. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
- Clean the unit regularly, as the water contains mineral that may build up and affect the function of the unit.
- Never leave the unit unclean for a long period of time.
NOTE: ALWAYS CLEAN THE UNIT DAILY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
REMINDERS
To avoid water mineral residue build-up that may cause the unit to overheating.
FREQUENT CLEANING OF HEATER & UNIT IS ADVICE.
