How do I adjust the water temperature?
Turn the temperature dial located on the front panel. The recommended setting is around 50-60°C for general use. Allow the heater to stabilize before checking.
What safety features does the IWB-1500S have?
It includes overheat protection, a pressure relief valve, and a thermal cutoff to prevent excessive temperatures. The unit also has a splash-proof enclosure.
How do I clean and maintain the water heater?
Periodically descale the tank using a descaling solution. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Have a professional inspect the anode rod every 2-3 years.
Why is there no hot water coming out?
Check the power supply and circuit breaker. Ensure the temperature is set above ambient. If the pressure relief valve is leaking, it may need replacement. Also verify water inlet is open.

Can I use this water heater with hard water?
Yes, but descaling is necessary more frequently. Hard water accelerates limescale buildup, which can affect performance and lifespan. Consider installing a water softener.
What size water heater do I need for my home?
The IWB-1500S (6.5L) is suitable for single sinks or small uses like hand washing. For a shower or larger demand, consider a higher capacity model.
