What should I do if my devices are plugged in but not charging?

First, ensure power cords are undamaged and firmly inserted into a working socket with stable current. Also verify that the power plug and current consumption meet your country's standards.

Are damaged power cords or components covered under warranty?

Yes. The cart and tray have a 10-year warranty, and electrical components have a 5-year warranty. Contact AVer support for further assistance.

How can I check if my devices exceed the cart's current capacity?

Have a qualified electrician measure the current consumption of your devices while installed and with batteries discharged. Ensure the total does not exceed the power strip rating of 8A at 220-240V.

Why does the circuit breaker trip when I plug in the cart?

Other equipment on the same circuit may cause an overload. Have a qualified electrician verify adequate power availability and consider using a dedicated circuit for the cart.

Can I place a TV or monitor on top of the cart?

No. The manual explicitly states no TV or monitor should be used on top of the cart. The work platform is rated for a maximum load of 20 kg (44.09 lbs) for other items only.

What are the safety precautions for moving the cart?

Only adults should move the cart. Before moving, disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and secure the cord. Never allow anyone to sit, stand, or climb on the cart. Also avoid lifting the cart.

How do I install the power adapter?

Open the rear door, place the adapter in its compartment, route the DC cable to the front through the provided space, plug the AC power cord into the cart's socket, and secure cables with a cable tie.

How should I manage cables inside the cart?

Open the front door, route each device cable through the cable hooks, place the device in its bay, then plug the DC connector. Use cable ties (optional) for better organization.

What is the maximum weight per shelf?

Each shelf has a maximum loading of 43.54 kg (95.98 lbs). The work platform supports up to 20 kg (44.09 lbs), and each adapter shelf holds up to 3 kg (6.6 lbs).

■ When moving the cart, DO NOT put any devices (ex: TV, Monitor, Document camera...etc.) on top of the cart.

■ While moving the cart, make sure the power cord is secured and tightly wrapped.

Installation

[Note]

1. It is recommended to use cable ties (optional) to secure and manage cables.
2. It is recommended to allocate 2 persons for efficient device cabling.

Adapter Installation

1. Open the rear door.
2. Place the power adapter into the individual adapter compartment.
3. Pass the DC-end of the adapter cable to the front of the cart through the space provided.
4. Plug-in the AC-end power cord to the corresponding power AC socket.
5. Bundle the cable and secure it with a cable tie or zip-tie (not supplied).

Cable Management

1. Open front door.
2. Route the cable through the cable hook as figure shown.
3. Place the mobile device into the bay.
4. Plug in the DC-connector to the mobile device.

Troubleshooting

Q: Why are all of my devices plugged in but not charging?

A: 1. Make sure power cords are undamaged.

1. Make sure power cords are firmly inserted into the available socket with the stable current.

2. Make sure the power plug and current consumption are compliant with your country specification standards.

Q: My cart's main power cord or cart components are damaged. Are they covered under warranty?

A: We provide a 10 year warranty on the cart and tray, and 5 years warranty on the electrical components.

Q: How do I know if my devices will exceed more than the allotted current?

A: Have a qualified electrician verify the current consumption of your devices. Perform the test with devices installed and batteries discharged.

Q: When I plug in the device it trips the circuit breaker. What is wrong?

A: You may have other equipment or appliances sharing the same circuit that is causing a circuit overload. Have a qualified electrician check that adequate power is available in the circuit.
