What is the maximum capacity of the Panasonic NA-FD18V1?

The maximum dry cloth capacity is 18.0 kg for the NA-FD18V1 model. For the NA-FD16V1 it is 16.0 kg, and for the NA-FD14V1 it is 14.0 kg.

How do I use the Stain Master + program?

Select the Stain Master + program, then choose the stain type (Sweat, Mud, Soya/Sauce, Collar/Sleeve, Oily, or Bacteria Elimination). Pretreat heavy stains if needed. The maximum load is 5.0 kg. The program includes a soak phase and may heat water for certain cycles.

What is the ECONAVI function?

ECONAVI automatically detects the laundry weight and water temperature to optimize water and energy usage. It is available only with the Normal program. Enable or disable it by pressing and holding the corresponding button for 3 seconds.

How can I set the preset timer?

Press the Preset button and select the desired hours (2-24 depending on program). The machine will finish the cycle at the set time. To cancel, press Preset again.

What should I do if the display shows an error code like U12 or U99?

For U12 (water drainage error), check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. For U99 (forcible drainage with child lock), release child lock and ensure the lid is closed. Refer to the error display section in the manual for full details.

How do I clean the lint filter?

After each wash, remove the lint filter from the tub, rinse it under running water, and reinstall it by pressing until it clicks. If the filter is broken, contact your local dealer for a replacement.

Can I wash waterproof items like raincoats?

No. Do not wash waterproof items such as raincoats, wet suits, or other non-water-permeable fabrics as they may cause damage or malfunction.

How do I perform tub hygiene?

Run the Tub Hygiene program monthly. Ensure the tub is empty, add 200 ml of chlorine bleach, and start the program. This prevents black mould. Do not use the Water Save or Air Dry programs for this.

What are the dimensions and weight of this washing machine?

The dimensions are 679 mm (W) x 755 mm (D) x 1100 mm (H), and the weight is 48 kg.

Is it safe to use an extension cord?

No. Do not use an extension cord or plug adaptor. The power cord must be plugged directly into a properly grounded outlet. If the cord is damaged, have it replaced by a qualified service person.
