IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles or knobs.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
This product is intended for household use only.
READ BEFORE USING YOUR ROTISSERIE & CONVECTION OVEN
Before using your oven for the first lime:
Be sure to:
- Make sure that the oven is unplugged and the TIMER switch is in the "OFF" position.
- Remove all racks and pans and wash them in hot water or in the dishwasher.
- Thoroughly dry all accessories and reassemble in oven. Plug oven into power point and you are ready to use your new oven.
- After reassembling your oven We recommend that you run it at the MAX
- temperature for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packing oil that may remain after shipping.
- HELPFUL HINTS
Do not worry about the smoke for the first operating, as it is normally for the first heating, and will disappear within 20 minutes. In general, it is not necessary to preheat the oven, but you may better result if you heat the oven before cooking some delicate meals, such as rare medium meat and cakes.
USING YOUR ROTISSERIE OVEN
- HOW TO BAKE
- Place the removable rack into the desired position.
- Place the bake pan on the wire rack. Shut the oven door.
- Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time.
- Turn the "TOP" heating selection knob and set the desired temperature.
- When finish baking, turn the time dial till position "0", to switch off the oven.
• HOW TOUSE THE ROTISSERIE FUNCTION
- Turn the top and bottom temperature knob to max level 250^ C while set the timer button approximately 15 minutes (to preheat the oven).
Caution: The body and inner oven can be very hot after preheating.
- Slowly insert the food that need to be roasted into the rotisserie bar.
- Insert the butterfly skewer at both ends of the food and lock with thumbscrews.
- Make sure the food is centered at the rotisserie bar.
- Insert both ends of rotisserie bar into the socket (inner oven) make sure the square ends of the rotisserie bar are inserted into the drive socket.
- Turn the cooking function knob ( ) to sign position (if you need convection function as well, please set the cooking function to ( ) sign position).
- Turn the time control knob to desired cooking time after setting the heating selection and temperature.
- After the process of the roasting completes, turn the timer knob to "off" sign position.
- Remove the rotisserie bar by placing the rotisserie handle under the grooves on either side of the rotisserie bars. Lift the left side of the rotisserie bar first by lifting it up and then pull out the rotisserie bar from the drive socket.
• HOW TO USE THE CONVECTION FUNCTION
- Set the function knob to convection function and rotisserie function ( ☐ ) if you need convection function and rotisserie function at the same time.
- Set the function knob to convection function ( ☑ ) if you need convection function only.
- TOASTING
- Set the top and bottom Temperature Control to 250°C.
- Place food to be toasted on the Bake Rack.
- Ensure Crumb Tray is in place.
- Turn the Time Control to desired darkness.
- Bell will ring to signal the end of the Toast cycle.
- CLEANING
- It is important that you clean the entire appliance after each use to prevent an accumulation of grease and avoid unpleasant odors.

Allow the appliance to cool and unplug from outlet before cleaning.

Do not immerse appliance in water or wash it under water-spout.
- Removable wire rack, bake pan, crumb tray can be washed, as normal kitchenware.
- Clean outside of appliance with a damp sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the oven, as scratching may weaker it and cause shattering.
- Let all parts and surfaces dry thoroughly prior to using.

ELIMINATION: Do not dispose of this product as household waste. Collection of said waste separately for special treatment is required.
