What type of water should I use in the TH-307 humidifier?

Use only fresh, pure drinking water. Do not use distilled or demineralized water unless it is from your tap. Water temperature should be between 10°C and 50°C. Avoid using impure water, chemicals, aromatics, or detergents as they can damage the unit.

How do I adjust the mist output?

Turn the rotary switch clockwise to increase the mist volume from low to high. The switch also turns the unit on/off: OFF position is standby, ON position lights the LED and enables mist adjustment.

What is the DMC cartridge and how do I use it?

The DMC (Demineralization Cartridge) softens the water to reduce mineral deposits. It is located under the DMC cover. Follow the manual to install and replace it as needed (usually when you notice white dust or reduced performance).

Does the humidifier shut off automatically when the water runs out?

Yes, the unit has low water level protection. When the water tank is empty, the humidifier will stop working after 5-20 minutes and the LED will turn off. The unit will be in standby mode.

Can I add essential oils or fragrances to the water?

No. Do not pour any chemical, aromatic, or detergent into the tank. These substances can cause deformation, discoloration, and damage to the plastic components.

How should I clean the TH-307 humidifier?

Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth with or without mild soap to clean the exterior. Never immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water. Do not use harsh detergents, solvents, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners. The cleaning brush included can be used to clean the ultrasonic atomizer.

Why does the humidifier stop when I lift the water tank?

This is a safety feature. If the water tank is lifted during operation, the unit automatically shuts down to prevent water spillage. Once the tank is placed back on the base, the humidifier will restart automatically.

What should I do if the humidifier is not producing mist?

Check that there is water in the water tray (lift the nozzle to see). Ensure the tank is properly seated on the base. Wait 3-5 minutes after refilling before turning on. Also check that the rotary switch is not in OFF position. If the problem persists, clean the ultrasonic atomizer with the provided brush.

In order to use the product more conveniently and avoid any danger caused by wrong operation, please pay attention to the following notices

1. Read all instructions carefully and keep this manual for future reference.. Please install the humidifier according to the instruction guide.
2. This humidifier is just for household use only. Please do not use it outdoor or for any commercial or industrial purpose.
3. The power cord should be routed to prevent stumbling over it. The unit will break if crashed to the floor. Unplug the plug when not using the unit and wind up the power cord.
4. Make sure that the voltage and frequency meet the specification of the humidifier.
5. Please doesn't drop or hit the water tank otherwise can lead to leak of the water tank.
6. Do not tilt the humidifier or place at high places where leaking can't be supervised
7. Do not use any other impure water except pure drinking water.

12. Do not use the humidifier near to the heater or other household appliances to prevent electric shock or short circuit caused by pouring.
13. The water temperature should be 10^ C- 50^ C when pouring into the water tank.
14. Do not pour the water onto the surface of the unit directly.

1. Add water and Assembly

1. Put the unit on a surface (image 1),

2. Lift off the water tank (image 2),

3. Overturn the water tank (image 3), and loosen the water tank cap (counter-clockwise direction)

4. Fill the tank with fresh water (image 4)

5. Close the water tank (clockwise direction) when the water tank is full.

First check that the purple sealing in the cap is present and undamaged

1. Turn around the tank and put it back on the base.

A gurgle sound will be heard when the water tray is filled. Lift ne nozzle and check that there is water in the water tray. If not lift the tank from the base and put it back again.

2. Operation

Before turning on

-Please check that there is water in the water tray after taken away the nozzle. If yes, you can do the next step;

Connecting with the power

Please wait for 3-5mins after putting the water tank on the base of unit. Then plug and make sure the plug insert root into the socket completely.

2.3 Turn on and adjust the mist volume

Turn on the unit and adjust the mist volume with the rotary switch after the works above ready.

The unit is on standby when the switch is in the "OFF" position.

The decoration LED of water tank is lighting when the switch is in the "ON" position.

The mist volume can be adjusted from low to high by turning the switch in clockwise direction.

2.4 Low Water level protection

The unit will stop working in 5-20mins after the water tank is empty and the decoration LED will shut down. The unit is on standby.

2.5 Shut down when lifting the water tank

If lifting the water tank when working, the unit automatically shuts down. The unit will re-start after the water tank is put back on the base unit.

2.6 After use

Turn off the humidifier and make sure it stops working.

Unplug the plug from the socket.

Remove the water tank and turn off the tank cover to pour out the water. Then Clean it.

Dry the parts and storage them in a dry place.

6. Maintenance & Cleaning

1. Switch off and unplug from the power supply before cleaning
2. Never immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or other liquids.
3. Use a soft, moist cloth, with or without a mild soap solution and carefully clean the exterior surface of the product.

CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners/solvents, scouring pads, abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surface finish of the plastic components

7. Warranty Provisions

This product comes with a 12-month warranty starting on the date of purchase. Within this period any defects in material or workmanship will be repaired without any charge. The following provisions shall apply regarding this warranty:

1. We expressly dismiss all other claims for damage, including consequential damages;
2. Any repairs or replacements of components within the term of the warranty will not result in an extension of the term of the warranty;
3. The warranty will no longer apply if the product has been modified, non-original parts have been used, or if it has been repaired by third parties;

4. The warranty will only apply, when you present the original, dated proof of purchase, provided no changes have been made to it;

5. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by actions not in compliance with the Directions for Use, neglect, vandalism;

6. Transportation costs and the risk involved during the transportation of the product or its components will always be the responsibility of the purchaser.
