How do I attach the quick-release plate to the ball head?

Loosen the locking screw of the base plate [3] and press down the safety mechanism [2] to open the base plate completely. Align the quick-release plate [11] as shown, insert one side first then the other, and tighten the locking screw again.

How can I adjust the damping of the ball head?

Loosen the main locking screw [7] to set the initial sensitivity. Then pull out the damping knob [6] and turn it clockwise until the two stoppers meet. To release damping, pull out the knob and turn anticlockwise while holding the camera firmly.

What is the maximum load capacity of the tripod and head?

The tripod with head supports up to 20 kg. Without the head, the tripod can hold up to 25 kg.

How do I adjust the leg angles?

Pull out the angle locking [2] until it locks. Set the leg to the maximum angle; the lock springs back automatically. Then move the leg to the desired smaller angle until it engages.

Can I use the quick-release plate on other Arca-Swiss heads?

Yes, but for heads without anti-slip grooves, unscrew the anti-slip screws on the plate using the supplied Allen key.

How do I attach optional accessories like the levelling adapter?

Using the Quick-Release Plate

1. Loosen the locking screw of the base plate [3]. Also press down the Safety mechanism quick-release plate [2] to be able to open the base plate [1] completely.
2. Align the quick-release plate [11] as shown in the picture.
3. Insert one side first and then the other.
4. Tighten the locking screw of the base plate [3] again as soon as the quick-release plate [11] is correctly inserted.
5. If you also want to use the supplied quick-release plate [11] on other Arca-Swiss-compatible heads without anti-slip grooves, unscrew the anti-slip screws using an Allen key.

Setting the Damping

1. Install your camera on the ball head.
2. Loosen the main locking screw A [7] (Fig. 1) and carefully swivel the camera platform until you have found the desired movement sensitivity.
3. Then pull out the damping knob B [6] (Fig. 1) and turn it clockwise until the two stoppers meet (Fig. 2).

Release the damping

Note: Hold the appliance firmly with one hand and carry out this procedure with the other hand to avoid damaging the appliance.

1. Pull out the damping knob [6] (Fig. 1) and release it when it is turned anticlockwise to the corresponding position.
2. Turn the main locking screw [7] anti-clockwise (Fig. 1) as far as the stop on the damping knob [6] (Fig. 3) to completely release and move the ball.

Angle Adjustment

Semi-automatic angle adjustment:

A Pull out the angle locking [2] until it locks into place.
B Set the leg to the maximum angle, the angle locking [2] automatically springs back into the lock.
C Then move the leg to the desired, smaller angle until it engages automatically.

Using the Accessories

1 Turn the hook to the left to release it.
2 With the head fitted, turn the counter screw upwards using the Allen key to prevent the head from turning.

2 Loosen the levelling locking screw to freely adjust the angle.
