Recipes
Our tips in advance:
√ You will get the best milk froth if you work with very cold, skimmed milk (1.5 % fat content) and a little patience. The fat content influences the result of the milk froth.
√ Fat and fatty ingredients (e.g. drinks powder containing cocoa) destroy the fine froth bubbles.
√ Cold milk froth is ideal as a low-fat, frothy 'topping' for cakes, fruit and desserts!
Hot beverages:
Hot almond milk
Heat 200 ml milk with 1 tsp sugar and 2 cl Amaretto liqueur and froth up. Served in a large glass with a straw, this is the perfect warming drink in winter.
Cappuccino
Consists of one third hot espresso, one third hot milk and one third milk froth.
Macchiato
Pour espresso into a tall glass with a 'sip' of hot milk and then top with plenty of milk froth.
Caffè Latte
A double espresso in a large cup of hot milk, topped with little or no milk froth.
Caffè Mocha
Stir 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup into 200 ml of milk and heat. Then pour into a large cup and top up with coffee. Top with a few spoonfuls of milk froth and sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
Mexican Coffee spezial
Pour 2 cl tequila and 2 cl coffee liqueur into a tall glass, top with plenty of milk froth and then slowly and carefully pour in a double espresso. This creates different layers that give this coffee creation an original look.
And ...
Of course, you can mix, heat or froth milk with flavoured syrups of all flavours.
Cold beverages:
Cappuccino Freddo
Consists of one third each of cold espresso, well-chilled milk and cold milk froth.
Cool Summer Coffee
Stir cold milk with cold coffee ( 12 / 12 ) and a little sugar or flavoured syrup. Pour ice cubes into a long drink glass, pour the cold milk coffee over the top and top up with cold milk froth. Dust with cocoa powder, serve with a straw and enjoy cold!

PAP
The printed or embossed markings indicate the materials which were used: PE stands for polyethylene (code 02 means high-density PE, 04 stands for low-density PE), PS stands for polystyrene and CPE for chlorinated polyethylene. PAP 20 means corrugated cardboard and PAP 21 other cardboard. All plastics are thermoplastics which are very easy and efficient to produce. They are also very easy to recycle and therefore can even have a smaller ecological footprint than comparable cardboard packaging.
