Frequently Asked Questions - LEDW240+ Reflexion

How do I connect my Reflexion LEDW240+ TV to a cable or antenna?
Connect the coaxial cable from your cable box or antenna to the RF input on the back of the TV. Then, go to Source and select DTV/Analog to scan for channels.
Why is there no power when I press the power button?
Ensure the power cord is firmly plugged into both the TV and a working wall outlet. Check if the power indicator light is on. If not, try a different outlet or test the cord with another device.
How can I adjust the picture settings?
Press the Menu button on the remote, go to Picture settings, and adjust options like Brightness, Contrast, Color, and Sharpness to your preference.
The remote control is not working. What should I do?
First, check if the batteries need replacement. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV sensor. If the TV has a power button, test it to rule out a TV issue. If still not working, try resetting the remote by removing batteries and pressing any button for 5 seconds.
How do I connect external devices like a game console or DVD player?
Use an HDMI cable to connect the device to the HDMI port on the TV. Alternatively, older devices can use the AV input with a composite cable (yellow video, red/white audio). Then select the corresponding Source from the menu.
What wall mount size is compatible with the LEDW240+?
This TV supports VESA 100 x 100 mm mounts. Ensure the mount and screws are appropriate for the TV's weight (about 3.5 kg with stand).
How do I clean the screen safely?
Turn off the TV and let it cool. Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen-safe cleaner. Gently wipe the screen in a circular motion. Do not spray liquid directly on the screen.
The TV has no sound, but picture is fine. How to fix?
Check if the volume is muted or set to very low. Press the Volume Up button. Also, ensure the correct audio source is selected. If using external speakers, check connections. Go to Audio Settings and ensure TV Speaker is enabled.
What is the best picture mode for watching movies?
Go to Picture Settings and select the Movie or Cinema preset. These modes typically offer warmer colors and softer contrast for a more natural viewing experience in dim light.
How do I reset the TV to factory settings?
Press Menu, navigate to Settings or System, then select Reset to Factory Defaults or Restore Default. Confirm when prompted. Note: this will erase all custom settings and channel lists.
