1. Safety of use

The device emits electromagnetic waves in the radio frequency range from 2.402 GHz to 2.480 GHz, with a maximum power level of 0.76 dBm EIRP. The Bluetooth wireless speaker complies with safety standards and radio frequency recommendations. All wireless devices may cause interference to other devices.
-SURROUNDINGS-
The device should not be used in dusty conditions. Connect the unit so that it cannot be damaged or endanger people or animals. Do not expose the device to sunlight and do not use it or leave it in close proximity to heat-generating devices (heaters, radiators etc.). Plastic parts may deform, which may affect the operation of the device or cause it to break down completely.
-WATER AND OTHER LIQUIDS-
Do not submerge the device in water, it can adversely affect the electronics and may cause damage to the equipment.
-SAFETY WHILE LISTENING TO MUSIC-
To avoid hearing damage, do not use the device at high volume levels for a long period of time. Try to take a break from listening to music and other sounds with the device, so that you don't risk hearing loss.
-BATTERY-
Avoid exposing the battery to very high/low temperatures ( 0° C - 45 ° C / 32 ° F - 113 ° F). Extreme temperatures may influence capacity and battery life. Avoid contact with liquids and metal
objects as it may cause partial or complete battery damage. The battery should be used according to its purpose. Do not destroy, impair or throw the battery into flames - it might be dangerous and may cause fire. Worn-out or impaired battery should be placed in a dedicated container. Excessive charging the battery can cause damage. Therefore do not charge longer than necessary.

4. Operation of the device
4.1 Charging the battery

The battery should be fully charged before the first use of product. Several charging and discharging cycles may be necessary to achieve full battery capacity.

Avoid excessive battery discharge. This can damage the battery or shorten its service life.

The device can heat up during charging. It is a regular occurrence and should not affect the stability or
performance of the device. Do not leave the device to be charged unattended as this may result in fire, damage to the device or its surroundings etc.
To charge the device, connect the included USB-C cable to the charging connector on the bottom of the device. Connect the other end of the cable to a powered USB adapter or e.g. a power bank, etc. (none of these power devices are included in the set), which provides an output of 5V = 500 mA or higher current. Once charging begins, the status LED will glow red. When charging is complete, the status LED will turn off. Disconnect the USB cable from the device and the power source.
4.2 Bluetooth connection
Turn on your device by pressing ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds. Bluetooth pairing mode will be activated automatically - the status LED will flash blue and red alternately.
Search the source device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) for "EMX-010146" and pair the devices together. If you need to enter the PIN code, enter: 0000. Once paired, you will hear a beep and the status LED will turn off.

In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.

| Playing music files from USB memory does not work | Check whether the memory is damaged.Check if the media is formatted to FAT or exFAT file system.Make sure the media is in MP3 or WAV format. |
| Poor sound quality in audio playback | Check the sound quality of the source.Make sure that the Bluetooth transmission is not disturbed by, for example, a working microwave or other device. |

6. Maintenance of the device
The device may only be cleaned with a dry cloth or paper towel. It is forbidden to use water or any other liquids to clean the device.

In accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC as amended by Directive 2013/56/EU on the disposal of batteries and accumulators, this product is marked with the symbol of a crossed-out waste bin. The symbol indicates that the batteries used in this product should not be disposed with regular
household waste, but treated according to the legal directives and local regulations. It is not allowed to dispose of batteries and accumulators with unsorted municipal waste. Users of batteries and accumulators must use the available collection points of these items, which allows them to return, recycle and disposal.
Within the EU, the collection and recycling of batteries and accumulators is a subject to separate procedures. To learn more about existing procedures of recycling of batteries and accumulators please contact your local office or an institution for waste disposal or landfill.
