4 Function
The aplic charger is intended for charging NiCd, NiMH and lithium-ion batteries (types: 26650, 22650, 26500, 18650, 17670, 18490, 17500, 17335, 16340, 14500, 10400). The two charging slots can accommodate batteries and control them. The large, easy-to-read display shows information like charging current and battery status separately for each charging slot. There are no capacity limits for the batteries and they can be charged with a charging current of 500mA, 1000mA, 1500mA or 2000mA, and it is always the same for both the charging slots. It is therefore advisable to charge two batteries of the same type, or at least pay attention to the maximum charging current of the battery.
Powerbank function:
For an unplugged power supply and with at least one, preferably two Li-ion batteries, you can use your own USB devices to power it (max. 2.1A). In order to activate this function, press the „MODE“ button once.
4.1 Key functions
| Connection "MODE" key Function | ||
| When power adapter is connected | keep it pressed Current setting | |
| press briefly | Alternates between voltage display and percentage displayDuring current setting, changing the charging current | |
| Without power adapter | press briefly | Switch on Powerbank function (only possible with at least one Li-ion battery in place!) |
5 Power supply
Use only a power supply, which meets the specifications of this device (DC 12V / 3A). Pay attention to the correct polarity of the contacts. Please also bear in mind that the maximum charging current depends on the capacity of the power supply.
6 Setting up
Take the device out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Plug the supplied power adapter to a properly installed power socket and to the battery charger. You can then insert the desired type of battery into the charger.
Caution! Charge only rechargeable batteries. Please do not use non-rechargeable batteries!
Various data such as the actual voltage and the charging status is shown in the display as soon as a battery is inserted. The actual charging current is shown at the bottom of the display. This can be adjusted between 500mA and 2000mA. Press and hold the "MODE" button to configure the current until the selection arrow starts to flash over the current. Then, you can adjust the current by briefly pressing the "MODE" button. The corresponding current is enabled once the arrow stops flashing.
Caution! The maximum charging current is mostly specified on the battery itself for NiCD and NiMH batteries and should not be exceeded as far as possible.
For Li-ion batteries you should choose a charging current of 0.5C, or expressed differently, the capacity should be divided by 2 (e.g.: 2600mAh divided by 2 = 1300mAh corresponds to the nearest lower charging current of 1000mA that can be set).
In case you want to charge completely discharged batteries, the charging process might be more effective if you charge with a lower charging current.
7 Cleaning and care
Disconnect the device from the mains and make sure that it is not carrying any current. Wipe it using a dry and soft cloth. Please do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

8 Additional information about this device
- Batteries are not toys. Always keep them out of reach of children.
- Do not leave the batteries lying around. There is a risk of them being swallowed by children or pets. Consult a doctor immediately in such cases!
- Batteries should never be short-circuited, dismantled or thrown into fire. There is a risk of fire and explosion!
- Leaking or damaged batteries may cause burns if they come into contact with the skin. Therefore, use suitable protective gloves in such cases.
- Commonly available non-rechargeable batteries should not be charged. There is a risk of fire and explosion!
- Non-rechargeable batteries are intended for single use only and have to be disposed of properly once they are discharged.
- Batteries should not become damp or wet.
- Never leave charging/discharging batteries unattended.
- Pay attention to the correct polarity when inserting the batteries into the charger (plus / + and minus / -).
- Do not charge/discharge batteries that are still hot (caused e.g. by high charging / discharging current). Allow the battery to cool down to room temperature before charging or discharging it.
- Never charge/discharge damaged, leaking or deformed batteries. This may result in a fire or an explosion! Dispose of such unusable batteries in an eco-friendly manner. Do not reuse them.
- Recharge standard batteries once in 3 months and the so-called low-discharge

batteries once in 3 years, since it may otherwise result in the so-called heavy discharge due to self-discharge, which will make the batteries useless. Never damage the outer casing of the battery. There is a risk of fire and explosion!
- If you have doubts regarding the correct use or have any questions which are not answered in the user manual, then please contact us or some other technical expert.
