3. Commissioning

Changing mixers
The pressure sprayer offers the option to change the type of foam. For this reason, there are three different mixers.
The green mixer generates dry foam, which is applied in particular when the surface being cleaned should not be moistened. This mixer is included in the scope of delivery.
The grey mixer offers an intermediate type of foam, which is suitable for all types of activities. This mixer is installed in the device as a standard.
The orange mixer provides wet foam with larger coverage, so that a larger surface can be covered (cars, windows, etc.). This mixer is included in the scope of delivery.
Procedure for changing the mixer
Procedure for changing the mixer: disconnect the tank from the head piece. Pull on the suction pipe until the pipe itself and the mixer move out of position. Remove the suction pipe from the mixer. Use force to firmly press the new mixer into the spot of the previous mixer, until it is inserted. Insert suction pipe.
Filling the tank
Please observe the markings on the tank!
- Close the tank by screwing the operating unit firmly onto the tank.
- Pressurise the HAZET pressure sprayer by activating the handle lever 15 to 20 times.
- The HAZET pressure sprayers have an integrated safety valve ① which prevents overpressure in the container. Furthermore, you can depressurise the pressure container before opening it by actuating the safety valve.
199-3: The pressure sprayer is equipped with a safety valve ① Stop activating the handle lever once the safety valve begins to activate, thus preventing further pressure build-up.
Maintenance
The device is equipped with a felt filter in front of the nozzle. If dirty, the felt must be cleaned with water. If the felt is completely damaged or heavily soiled then it must be replaced with replacement felt. A strip with 10 replacement felts is included in delivery. Remove the old felt in front of the nozzle using a pointed object and replace it with the new filter.
