SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY:
- Do not immerse the air fryer in water or rinse it under the tap, as it contains electrical parts and heating elements.
- Never fill the pot with oil, or it may cause a fire hazard.
- Do not allow water or other liquids to get inside the appliance. Risk of electric shock.
- When the appliance is in use, do not cover the air inlet and outlet. Do not touch the inside of the appliance to avoid burns and scalding.
- When in use, never pour oil into the fryer pot in order to avoid provoking a fire.
- To avoid burns, do not touch the internal parts of the air fryer while it is operating and do not touch the bottom of the air fryer, as such will always be the hottest part while the appliance is in use.
- This appliance is not designed to be operated by means of external timers and/or remote controls.
- The surfaces are liable to get hot during use. Do not touch the hot surfaces. Use handle or knob.
- The manufacturer disclaims any liability for damages due to an improper use of the air fryer.
- Do not use the air fryer if it has been dropped and/or shows visible signs of damage.
- If the air fryer is damaged, and/or has error codes (see troubleshooting), it must be replaced by an authorised service centre, listed at the following link: http://ticket.audiovideocenter.it/catnetregioni95.html.

Before connecting the plug to the power socket, check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to that of the household installation.

Do not use the fryer if the plug, the power cord or the appliance itself is damaged.
- In order to avoid danger, if the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the authorised service centre or qualified personnel at the link already mentioned.
- This product can be used by children from 8 years of age and is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the air fryer.
- Children aged between 3 and 8 years should only turn the air fryer on or off under the supervision of an adult responsible for them, and under no circumstances should they adjust or clean the appliance.
- Only connect the plug to an earthed socket. Always ensure that the plug is inserted correctly.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is in operation.
- During frying, very hot steam may escape from the air intakes and outlets. Keep your face and hands at a safe distance and beware of very hot steam and air when removing the pot from the fryer. Do not close the air outlet. When pulling out the pot, please be careful of high temperature air.
- During use, accessible surfaces can become very hot.
- Should you notice dark smoke coming out from the appliance, immediately unplug the appliance from the wall socket, then wait until the smoke has completely dispersed before removing the pot.
- This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It must not be used in the dining rooms of shops, offices, companies or other work environments. Furthermore, it must not be used by customers in hotels, motels, guesthouses, breakfast rooms or other accommodation environments.

If the appliance is used incorrectly, or for professional or semi-professional purposes, or if it is not used in accordance with the instructions in this manual, the warranty will become invalid and the manufacturer will not be liable for any damage caused.

Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, otherwise the warranty becomes invalid.
• Always unplug the appliance from the wall socket after use. - Before handling or cleaning the appliance, allow it to cool down for about 30 minutes.
- Please keep the plug clean to avoid disaster.

- Do not place the appliance on or near the flammable material, such as tablecloths, curtains and others, to avoid fire hazard.
- Be sure to use the air fryer on a heat resistant and even surface, keep the appliance at least 30cm away the wall, furniture or other flammables.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
- Keep the appliance away from children to avoid scalding, electric shock and/or other injuries; close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.

This new air fryer will help you cook your favourite food in an easy and healthy way. The rapid circulation of hot air at high temperature and speed, heats and cooks food in every direction, and for most foods you won't need to add oil for cooking.

This is an appliance that works on hot air. Never pour oil or other liquids into the fryer pot. Do not place any objects on top of the appliance, as this could obstruct the air flow and affect the air frying results.
- Please make sure there must be some food in the pot before operating.
- Do not put anything on top of the appliance. This disrupts the airflow and affects the hot air frying result.
Note: During the first few uses, there might be a "hot plastic" smell or any "oil smoking". This is perfectly normal in new air fryers as the material is heated or and the oil of the heater is heating up for the first few times. It will go away after some uses.
Mode of use
The fat-free air fryer can be used to cook many types of food. The table on the next page helps you select the basic settings for the ingredients you wish to cook.
Before first Use
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
- Thoroughly clean the basket and pot with warm water, liquid detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Clean the inside and outside of the product with a damp cloth. This fryer uses hot air heating technology. Do not fill the pot with frying oil or grease.
Preparation for use
- Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal and even surface. Only place it on heat-resistant surfaces. Place the appliance away from any combustible materials.
- Insert the basket correctly into the pot. Place the tray correctly in the bottom. Slide the tray towards the appliance
- Pull the power cord out of the compartment at the bottom of the product.

Hot air frying
- Connect the plug to a grounded power outlet.
- Carefully remove the basket from the air fryer.
- Place the ingredients in the basket.
- Reinsert the basket into the fryer. Do not use the pot without the basket inside.
Note: Do not touch the pot during and/or shortly after use, as it will be very hot. Hold the basket by the handle only.
- Select the desired temperature. Refer to the table available in this manual.

Switch on the fryer via the display. Set the required cooking time for the ingredients.
-
Some ingredients require to be shaken halfway through cooking (see "Adjustment Tips" section). To do this, take out the pot using the handle and shake it, then put it back into the fryer. Caution: while shaking the pot, do not press the basket release button.
- When the cooking time has expired, take the pot out of the fryer and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
- Check that the food is cooked.
- To remove small ingredients (e.g., chips), press the basket release button and lift the basket.
Do not turn the basket upside down while the pot is still attached to prevent any excess grease that may have settled on the bottom of the pot from escaping.
- Empty the basket into a bowl or plate.
Note: To remove large and/or delicate food, pliers can be used. - Once cooking is complete and the food has been removed, the fryer is immediately ready for re-use.
Use
- Put the mains plug having the earth conduct in an earthed wall socket (Europe), or put the polarized plug in a polarized socket (North America).
- You can select the default setting for your food.

2.1 You can set the "Function Selector" button to select what you wanted, e.g., fish, the indicator will be on and flashed.
You can set the temperature/ timer selector button and the + or - button to adjust the temperature or time. And the food indicator is just only an indicator. You should set the function by touching the "Function Selector" button not the "Food indicator".
Power button can be set for the power on or off or pause.
2.2 During the frying process, the unit will be paused if you touch the Power button, the heater will be off, but the motor will be on for some seconds and then will be off, and the unit will be on standby station.
2.3 During the frying process, you can touch the temperature or timer setting to adjust the temperature and time what you wanted, and the LED Segment Displays will flash and will show the new temperature or time. And the unit will work followed the new setting process.
2.4 The unit has a memory function; the unit will work upon the procedure which you selected when the unit is be paused or repeated or power is off or the pot be pulled or put from the unit in short time.
3. Place the ingredients inside the basket (Attention: do not exceed the maximum line); slide the pot and basket assembly back to the appliance. Do not touch the pot, basket and the unit during using or some time after use, as it will be very hot. Only hold the pot by the handle.
4. Set the Power to the proper cooking time; then the appliance will start to work.
5. When you hear the timer bell, the set preparation time has elapsed. Pull the pot and basket assembly out of appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
6. Check if the ingredients are ready. If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply slide the pot and basket assembly back into the appliance and set the time to a few extra minutes.
- If the ingredient ready, carefully pull out the pot and basket assembly to remove the ingredients. Do not turn the pot and basket assembly upside down, as any excess oil that has collected on the bottom of the pot will leak onto the ingredients.
- Empty the basket into a bowl or onto a plate. When a batch of ingredients is ready, the appliance is instantly ready for preparing another batch.
9. Tips:
- Add some oil on the ingredients for a crispy result.
- Shaking ingredients halfway during the preparation time optimize the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients. To shake the ingredients, pull the pot and basket assembly out of the appliance by the handle and shake it. Then slide the pot and basket assembly back into the appliance.
Adjustment tips
Small ingredients usually require a shorter cooking time than large ones.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Clean the fryer after each use. The pot, basket and inside of the fryer have a non-stick coating: do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to avoid damage.
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and waiting for the appliance to cool down. Don't touch the surface before cooling.
- Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid. The device is not dishwasher proof.
- Clean the surface of the fryer pot and tray with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. If dirt is stuck to the tray or the bottom of the pan, fill the pan with hot water with some washing-up
liquid. Put the tray in the pan and let the pan and tray soak for about 10 minutes.
- Used damp cloth to wipe the surface of the fryer. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, souring pad or steel wool, which damages the device.
- If you do not use the appliance for a long time, please clean it, and store it in a cool and dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: Disconnect the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not in use and before carrying out any maintenance activity.
