Remove all packaging and protective film. Clean the device with warm water, a wet cloth, and a small amount of detergent. Dry thoroughly before use. Fill the bain-marie with water (warm water saves energy) to the insert pan level, then connect to a grounded outlet and turn the thermostat clockwise to set the desired temperature (30-90°C). Never let it boil dry.
What are the safety precautions I should follow?
Place the device on a stable, heat-resistant surface with at least 10 cm clearance on sides and 20 cm at the back. Do not use extension cords or multi-plug adapters. Always plug into a grounded socket. Never touch the hot surface during operation or cooling down. Keep children away, and never move the appliance while it is hot. Turn off and unplug after use.
How do I clean the hot plate?
After turning off and unplugging, allow the appliance to cool completely. Clean with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or immerse the device in water. Dry thoroughly before storing. For stainless steel parts, avoid using steel wool.
What should I do if the device does not heat up?
First, check if the plug is securely inserted into the socket. Inspect the power cord for damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional electrician. Ensure the thermostat is turned clockwise. If the problem persists, contact your local dealer or authorized service technician.
Can I use the hot plate without water?
No, the device is designed for use with water (bain-marie operation). Operating it dry can cause overheating and damage. Always maintain sufficient water level and check every 15 minutes to prevent boiling dry.
What is the correct way to store the appliance?
After cleaning and drying, store the appliance indoors in a well-ventilated, dry place. Avoid exposure to rain or moisture. Do not store outdoors even if packed. Ensure the power cord is not coiled tightly.

What is the temperature range and how to adjust it?
The thermostat allows adjustment from 30°C to 90°C. Turn the dial clockwise to increase temperature. The device will maintain the set temperature automatically. For gentle heating, start lower and adjust as needed.
