This product is intended only for use in private households and not for commercial use. This product is not intended for ambient lighting and is suitable only for effect lighting. The manufacturer will not accept liability for loss or damage arising from failure to follow the instructions, improper use or repairs or modification to the product.

- Do not expose the mains unit to extreme temperatures.

Avoid the risk of danger to life due to electric shock!
■ Before using the device please ensure that the existing mains voltage is in accordance with the operating voltage required by the product.
- Check the mains unit and the power cord regularly. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its customer service representative or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid risks.
- Check the product for any damage every time before connecting it to the power supply. Never use the product if you detect any damage whatsoever.
If the device is not performing flawlessly, unplug the mains unit immediately from the receptacle. - Do not open the housing under any circumstances. Do not introduce any objects into the interior of the housing.
■ Protect the mains cord from sharp edges, mechanical stress and hot surfaces. - Do not pull the power cord to unplug the mains unit from the socket.
■ Please lay the cord so that it is impossible to pull it unintentionally or to trip over it.
■ Use of an extension cord is not recommended.
■ Use the mains unit supplied only in conjunction with this device.
■ Always unplug the mains unit from the receptacle before changing the light bulb or cleaning the device and every time after it is used.
- Danger of electrocution! Keep the mains unit and the device away from moisture. Don't start up the device with damp hands or if you are standing on a wet floor. Never grasp the mains unit with damp or wet hands.
■ Position the device in such a way that the mains unit is accessible at any time.
■ Unplug the mains unit from the receptacle to ensure that the device is completely disconnected from the power supply.
■ Never leave the device unattended, if it is in use and connected to the power supply.
■ The product must not be connected electrically to any other product.
■ To avoid damage to your eyes, do not look directly into the beam of light.
If you have questions about the product or are unsure, seek the advice of a professional electrician.
■ After use, store the product in the package in order to avoid unintended damage.
Operation
☐ Insert the connector plug of the mains unit into the socket 5 of the disco ball.
- Plug the mains unit into the receptacle.
☐ Tilt the On/Off switch into position I in order to switch the disco ball on.
☐ Tap on the disco ball in order to change the direction of rotation.
☐ Tilt the On/Off switch into position 0 in order to switch the disco ball off.
Changing the bulb

CAUTION! Risk of overheating and fire!
Use only replacement bulbs as described in the Technical Data.

CAUTION! Danger of burns!
■ Switch the device off before changing the light bulb.
■ Unplug the mains unit and unplug the connector from the connecting socket 5.
- Allow the device to cool down for at least 10 minutes.
- Hold the base on the mounting screw 3 and turn the disco ball 1 in a counterclockwise direction to remove it.
☐ Pull the defective b2b out of the base and replace it with a light bulb of the same type.
☐ Hold the base on the mounting screw 3 and turn the ball 1 in a clockwise direction to replace it.
● Maintenance and Cleaning

CAUTION! Danger of burns and electric shock!
Unplug the mains unit from the receptacle and remove the connector plug from the connecting socket. Allow the device to cool down for at least 10 minutes.

CAUTION! Danger of electrocution!
For reasons of electrical safety, the product must never be cleaned with water or other liquids or immersed in water.
- Don't use any benzene or any other solvents. This would damage the product.
☐ Use only a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal

The packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials, which may be disposed of through your local recycling facilities.
Contact your local community or municipal administration for more details on how to dispose your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly, and not in household waste, when it has reached the end of its useful life. Please contact your local authority for information on collection points and their opening hours.
● Warranty and Service
Note: This product includes a 36 month warranty from the date of purchase. The product has been produced to the highest standards and thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if defects in manufacturing or material arise during the warranty period, please contact your retailer immediately.
The warranty does not cover damages due to improper handling, failure to comply with the operating instructions, or manipulation by unauthorised persons. Most malfunctions are caused by incorrect operation. Therefore please first refer to the operating instructions if a malfunction occurs.
Please contact the Uni-Elektra GmbH service address with any questions. The product can only be returned to us after contacting us. Postage due shipments will not be accepted.
Warranty services do not extend or restart the warranty period of 36 months.
