How do I assemble the Playtive play tent?

Assembly must be done by an adult. Remove the tent from the bag, lay it on the floor. Connect the four parts of each tent pole (fig. B). Insert one end into the roof fixture and the other into the floor fixture (fig. C). Attach the pole to the tent wall using hook-and-loop strips. Repeat for all poles.

Can the play tent be used outdoors?

No, the tent is intended for indoor use only. Prolonged sun exposure may damage the material. Keep it away from heat sources and naked flames.

What age is the play tent suitable for?

The tent is designed for toddlers and small children. However, children should always be supervised by an adult during play. The packaging poses a suffocation hazard to young children.

How do I clean the play tent?

Only clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse in water. Make sure the tent is fully dry before storing.

Never allow children to play unsupervised with the packaging material. There is a danger of suffocation from the packaging material. Children frequently underestimate the dangers. Children should be kept away from the packaging material at all times. ■ Use the product only under the supervision of an adult. This product may only be assembled / disassembled by an adult. - Check for damage regularly. Discard responsibly if material damaged. The product may not be exposed to the sun for long periods. Otherwise this can cause damage to the product. - Avoid contact with sharp, hot, pointed, or hazardous objects.

- Assembly

⚠ WARNING! Assembly must be carried out by an adult. The product is spring-loaded.

1. Remove all packaging materials and remove the product carefully from the bag. Make sure you have sufficient space.
2. Lay the product down with the underside on the floor.

The tent poles 3 comprise four connected parts each.

Note: The coloured end of the pole is fitted into the fixture on the tent floor.

1. Piece together the four parts of the first tent pole (fig. B).
2. Insert one end of the tent pole into the corresponding fixture on the tent roof and the other end into the fixture on the tent floor (fig. C).
3. Attach the tent pole to the tent wall (fig. C) with the help of the hook-and-loop strips.
4. Repeat steps 3 to 5 until you have installed all the tent poles.

- Dismantling and storage

☐ Remove the tent poles from the product. ☐ Fold the product together and store it in the bag (fig. D).

- Cleaning

☐ Only clean the exterior of the product using a soft, damp cloth.

●Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

- Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.

Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.

The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
