How to clean the washing machine drum?

Run a drum clean cycle once a month with an empty machine. Use a washing machine cleaner or white vinegar to remove limescale and odors. Also wipe the door seal regularly.

What does the error code E01 mean?

Error E01 indicates a door lock issue. Ensure the door is fully closed and no obstruction is present. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

Can I use liquid detergent?

Yes, but use the detergent drawer compartment marked for liquid. Avoid overfilling. For pre-wash, use the designated compartment.

How to reset the washing machine?

Unplug the machine for 10 minutes, then plug back in. If the issue continues, consult the manual for specific reset procedures.

What is the maximum spin speed?

The maximum spin speed is 1200 rpm. You can adjust it depending on the fabric type using the spin speed selector.

How to clean the detergent drawer?

Remove the drawer by pressing the release tab. Wash with warm water and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly before reinserting. Clean every 2 months.

Why is the machine not draining?

Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Also clean the pump filter located at the bottom front of the machine. A clogged filter is a common cause.

How to install the washing machine?

Remove all transit bolts from the back. Level the machine using the adjustable feet. Connect to water supply and drain pipe. Plug into a grounded outlet.

COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE CONDITIONS FOR WHITE PRODUCTS

This appliance has a two-year repair guarantee, from the date of sale, against all malfunctions originating from manufacturing, including labor and spare parts. To justify the purchase date, it will be mandatory to present the invoice or purchase receipt. This guarantee will only be effective in Spain.

GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS

1. Remote controls, drain intake rubbers, dockings and door seals, weather stripping.
2. Damage to enamels, paints, nickel plating, chrome plating, oxidation or other types of aesthetic parts or components that do not affect the internal functioning of the appliance.
3. Damage to wear parts due to use, corrosion or oxidation, whether caused by normal use of the appliance or accelerated deterioration due to unfavorable environmental or climatic circumstances. Not suitable for outdoor use.
4. Damage to fragile pieces of glass, glass ceramic, plastics, handles, baskets, doors or light bulbs when their failure or breakage is not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
