IMPORTANT
- To avoid damage and risks caused by improper use, carefully read the instructions for use.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This fan heater is designed as a supplementary heat source, and must not be used as a central heating system or used as the main source of domestic heating.
- When the fan heater is in use, you must regularly check that the floor, walls and items in the room are not being damaged by the heat from the fan heater.
- Ensure that the heater does not come into contact with water.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- Do not put anything into the ventilation openings.
- Place the appliance on a horizontal location, which must be stable and flat (not on particularly thick carpets). Leave plenty of space around the heater (at least 50 cm above and to the sides and 120 cm infront).
- Do not leave anything hanging over or in front of the appliance (e.g. bed linen or tissues). To avoid overheating of the appliance, check that the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed. Occasionally remove the dust from these openings.
- Do not connect the appliance to the power supply if the voltage indicated on the nameplate is different from that of the country's electric system.
- The appliance is not suitable for connection to fixed wiring systems.
- The appliance should not be placed or mounted directly under a wall outlet.
- WARNING: Do not install or use the appliance near bathtubs, showers, sinks or swimming pools. If the unit is installed in a bathroom you must observe the safety distances indicated by the CEI-EEC (see Fig. 1).
- WARNING: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal break, this appliance must not be powered with an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly fed or disconnected from the service.
- This device should not be used in any type of vehicle or in confined spaces of a similar type (lifts, campers, cars, cabs, etc.).
- The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage or injury if the unit is used for purposes other than those intended or is handled improperly or clumsily repaired and maintained.
- Unwind the power cord completely before operating the product.
- The power cord must not rest on the product during normal use.
- Do not pull out the plug by tugging the cord. Always pull the plug itself.
- Do not let the power cord touch corners or sharp edges and avoid damaging it.
- Do not use damaged extension cords.

Do not leave the appliance outdoors or in the car and do not allow it to be exposed to any other source of heat.

CAUTION: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not utilise the space heater with a speed control device.
- Observe the instruction on the heater "Do not cover!" covering the heater may cause overloading, fire or electric shock.
- Do not use the heater on soft or elastic surfaces such as carpets and/or beds, which can overturn the device, causing the obstruction of the entrance and/ or exit of air.
- The fan heater has internal parts that generate arcs or sparks. It should not be used in areas that might be dangerous, such as areas at risk of fire or explosion, areas with many chemicals or moisture-laden atmospheres.
- WARNING: This heating device is not equipped with a thermostat to check the environmental temperature. Do not use in small rooms occupied by people who are unable to leave the room by themselves, unless they are under constant surveillance. The heater is only intended as zone heating and must be used with supervision.

WARNING: To avoid overheating, the oven may not be covered.
Thermal protection
To prevent damages and risks due to overheating the product is equipped with a safety device that disconnects the power supply in case of overheating.
If this happens, proceed as follows:
- Turn off the appliance, remove the plug from the socket and wait for the cooling of the appliance.
- Check that the product is positioned correctly, that the grids of air inlet /outlet are not obstructed, if necessary, remove the obstruction.
- Check that there is no dust in the device; in the filter or in the grids that may reduce air flow, if necessary, clean with a vacuum cleaner or compressed air.
- Check that the fan rotates freely and is not blocked.
- Reconnect the product to the power outlet, turn it on and verify that it works correctly, if the problem persists, contact a service center.
Use in bathroom
If the unit is used in a bathroom is necessary to comply with the minimum safety distances prescribed by standards IEC-EC (Fig 1).

Tip over safety protection
This product features an additional safety device for your protection. The fan heater will disconnect automatically if the appliance tilt more than 30^ forward or backward. The appliance will switch on again automatically when it is returned to an upright position.
