Is my phone compatible with the iON Wireless Mini?

Why is my phone not charging fast?

Fast charging requires a compatible phone (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S9 or iPhone 8/8 Plus/X) and the included power adapter or a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 adapter. If your phone does not support fast charging, it will charge at standard speed (5W).

What does the blinking red light mean?

A blinking red light indicates that your phone is incompatible, the Qi coil is blocked, or the phone is misaligned. Try repositioning your phone centered on the anti-slip ring and remove any metal objects or thick cases.

Can I use a third-party power adapter?

For optimal performance, use the included power adapter. If using a third-party adapter, ensure it supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 or equivalent (9V=2A or 12V=1.5A minimum). Standard USB ports from computers do not provide enough power for fast charging.

How should I align my phone on the charger?

Not all smartphones can receive a wireless fast charge, however they will receive a standard wireless charge. Check your phone's charging features for fast charge capabilities.

Please only use the included cable and power adapter. Third party components may impact wireless charging performance.

If using a third party charger, please only use a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 or equivalent adapter.

Plugging Charging Pad into a computer will not provide adequate power to support wireless fast charging. Please only plug directly into a Power Adapter.

1. Plug Charging Cable into USB-C port on the back of charging pad and connect USB-A side to Power Adapter.
2. Plug the Power Adapter into an AC outlet.

The Charging Indicator will turn on and then fade to inform you the pad has received power.

! Please do not plug Charging Pad into a computer, as this will not provide adequate power to support wireless fast charging.

Operational Warnings

During the charging process, the transfer of electricity gives off heat. Your device may become warm, but should not become exceedingly hot.
If the device gets wet, please cease charging immediately. Remove all plugs and dry the product completely. Device is only to be operated in a dry, indoor environment.
