What to do if the washing machine does not turn on?

First check that the appliance is properly plugged in and that the circuit breaker has not tripped. Make sure the door is correctly closed. If the problem persists, consult the manual to test the control panel or contact after-sales service.

How to clean the detergent drawer?

Remove the detergent drawer by pressing the latch and pulling it towards you. Clean it with lukewarm water and soap. To reassemble, insert it and push until it clicks. Refer to section 3.3 of the manual for detailed instructions.

Why is the water not draining?

Check the pump filter located at the bottom front of the appliance. Open the pump cover and remove the filter. Clean it if necessary. If the problem persists, ensure the drain hose is not kinked or blocked.

How to replace the door seal?

Unplug the appliance and shut off the water supply. Remove the door, the front panel, and the clamp of the seal. Remove the old seal and install the new one following the reverse order. The manual (section 3.7) provides important safety warnings.

What to do if the drum does not turn?

This may be due to overloading, a broken belt, or a motor issue. Start by reducing the load. If the problem persists, check the belt and motor. The manual contains instructions for accessing these components.

How to reset the washing machine?

Unplug the appliance for 10 minutes, then plug it back in. Select an empty program and start it. This resets the electronic settings. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

The washing machine makes an abnormal noise, what to do?

Check that the appliance is level (adjustable feet). A foreign object (coin, key) in the drum or pump can cause noise. Empty the pump and inspect the drum. If the noise persists, the drum bearing may be defective.

How to change the door lock?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the top, control panel, door, and seal. Disconnect the door lock connector and unscrew it. Install the new lock in reverse order. After replacement, an electrical test is recommended (see section 3.8).

How to maintain the pump filter?

Open the pump cover at the bottom right. Turn the filter counterclockwise and remove it. Clean it under running water. Put it back and check the seal. Perform this operation every 3 months.

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
