How to clean the pump filter?

Open the lower flap, place a tray, turn the filter counterclockwise to remove it, clean it under running water and put it back in place.

What to do if the appliance displays an error code?

Refer to the manual to identify the error code. The most common are E10 (water inlet problem) and E18 (drainage problem). Check the filters and hoses.

How to use the Delayed start function?

Select the desired program, press the Delayed start button, set the delay (e.g., 3h) then press Start/Pause. The cycle will start automatically at the end of the delay.

Why does the washing machine not drain?

Check the pump filter (it may be blocked) and the drain hose (no kinks or blockages). If the problem persists, the pump may be defective.

How to correctly install the washing machine?

Place the appliance on a flat, hard surface. Remove the transport bolts. Connect the water inlet and drain hoses. Plug in the power supply. Make sure to level the appliance by adjusting the feet.

What to do if the drum does not turn?

Check if the door is properly closed. Make sure the program is not paused. If the drum is blocked, remove the clothes and check for a stuck object. If nothing, the belt may be broken.

How to descale the appliance?

Use a special washing machine descaler or white vinegar. Run a 90°C program without laundry and add the descaler to the detergent compartment. Repeat if necessary.

What does the flashing indicator on the panel mean?

The flashing indicator generally indicates an ongoing anomaly. Refer to the manual for the corresponding codes. For example, the door indicator may flash if the door is not locked.

How to change the drum belt?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the back panel. Remove the old belt and install the new one following the path indicated in the manual. Reattach the panel. If you are not comfortable, call a professional.

How to activate the child lock?

Press the Child lock button (often a padlock) for a few seconds until the symbol appears. To deactivate, repeat the operation.

1.2 Explanation of symbols

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
