Which lenses are compatible with the 645D?
The D FA645, FA645, and 645 lenses with A (Auto) aperture position are recommended. A/FA645 lenses with accessories (extension tubes, converters) work partially. Refer to the compatibility table on p.26 for restrictions.
How to insert an SD memory card?
Turn off the camera, open the card slot cover, insert the card with the label facing the screen until it clicks. To remove, push it to eject. The camera will not turn on if the cover is open. Use SD/SDHC cards formatted in the camera.
How to set white balance manually?

How to use exposure bracketing?
Press the  (Bracketing) button and turn the dial to select 2, 3, or 5 frames, with a step of 1/3 or 1/2 EV. Then each shutter release takes a series of underexposed, correct, and overexposed photos.
How to clean the sensor?
The 645D has an ultrasonic vibration system (dust removal) that can be activated automatically at startup. For professional cleaning, contact PENTAX after-sales service (fee required). Never use aerosol sprays.
What are the available exposure modes?
The modes are: P (Hyper-program), Sv (sensitivity priority), Tv (shutter priority), Av (aperture priority), TAv (shutter and aperture priority), M (Hyper-manual), B (Bulb), and X (flash sync at 1/125 sec). The USER mode allows saving custom settings.
How to transfer photos to a computer?

What to do if the camera does not turn on?
Check that the battery is charged and inserted correctly. Make sure the card slot cover is closed (the camera will not turn on if open). If the problem persists, remove the battery, wait a few seconds, and reinsert it. Refer to the error message section (p.97).
