How do I assemble the blender?

Place the glass jug on the motor base, ensuring it locks into place. Add ingredients, then secure the lid by twisting it clockwise. Finally, press the desired speed button.

Can I blend hot liquids?

Do not blend hot liquids above 60°C as the pressure can cause the lid to pop off. Allow liquids to cool before blending.

How do I clean the blender?

Add warm water and a drop of dish soap to the jug, then blend on low for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. The jug and lid are dishwasher-safe; blades can be rinsed separately.

What should I do if the blender stops working?

Check that the jug is properly seated on the base and the lid is locked. If overload protection is triggered, unplug for 10 minutes to reset.

Can I crush ice with this blender?

Yes, use the pulse function for 2-3 seconds at a time to crush ice. Do not fill the jug more than half full with ice.

How do I remove the blades for cleaning?

Unscrew the blade assembly from the jug by turning the base counterclockwise. Handle blades with care as they are sharp.

What is the maximum capacity for blending?

The jug has a total capacity of 1.5 L, but for blending, do not exceed 1.2 L to prevent splashing.

Is the blender suitable for making baby food?

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when it is connected to the mains.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial, non-commercial, household use only.
• This appliance must be placed on a flat, even surface before use.

• Do not use the appliance over the recommended blending time and volume.

• Do not put too much fruit into the blender. Never put the fruit over MAX indication line on blending bottle, or 800ml indication line on blending jar.

• Make sure there is a seal ring inside the blade assembly to avoid leaking.
• Do not connect the power plug into power supply socket before fully assemble.
• Make sure the blade assembly is firmly assembled with blending bottle or blending jar to avoid disassemble or leaking.
• Never put the assembled bottle or jug without any content on the main body to avoid miss switching on the appliance and result expose blades are turning.
• Never put fruit or water which temperature is over 60 °C to avoid appliance damages.
• Do not start blending if the blending bottle is empty.
• This appliance can only be used for fruit blending, never blend sugarcane, soy bean, coffee bean, cinnamon, nuts, meat etc.
• Never take out the blending bottle or blending jar during blending to avoid accident.
• Do not cover or block the air outlet at the bottom of main body to avoid overheat.
• Any time when stop blending, unplug from power supply socket.

• Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.

• Do not connect with external timer. This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote-control system.

• Do not touch the power plug, power socket or operate the appliance when your hands are wet.
• Do not expose the appliance into high temperatures, hot gas, steam or damp heat from other sources and under sunlight. Do not place the appliance on or near an operating or still hot stove or cooker, do not use the appliance under humid environment.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR BLENDER

• Operate the blender with lid closed.
• Blades are very sharp. Handle with care.
• Only remove the jar while motor is off.
• Avoid overwork of motor.
• Handle carefully with glass jar.
• Never place your hands into the glass jar while the motor is on.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.

OPERATION

Before first time use

1. Remove all packing materials and make sure the power plug is not connected.
2. Thoroughly clean the blending bottle, blades, top of blade assembly, drinking lid, blending jar and blending jar lid with nonabrasive sponge and neutral detergent, and dry it with a soft cloth. Notice: The bottom side of blade assembly must be completely dry, that is to avoid liquid inflow the main body and makes damages.
3. Use a damp cloth to wipe the main body outer case, then wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
4. After the appliance, parts and accessories are thoroughly dry, it is ready to use.

Use

Warning: Do not blend over 60 seconds continuously ever time, rest for 2 mins after one-time complete blending. Stop and rest for 30-45 mins after 5 times blending to avoid motor and appliance overheat.

• Do not put too much fruit to blend, never put the fruit over MAX indication line on blending bottle, or 800ml indication line on blending jar.
• This appliance can only use for fruit blending, never blend sugarcane, soybean, coffee bean, cinnamon, nuts and meat.
• Cut the fruit into small pieces (around 2x2x2cm) and take out the seeds to achieve a better blending result and reduce jamming opportunity.
• Do not blend ice cube only, it may jam the blead easily.
• In case of over use, overheat protection device will triggered and cut off the power of the appliance automatically. Please unplug from power supply socket immediately and let the appliance cool down for 30-45 mins, then try to operate again.

How to use blending bottle

1. Put the main body on a flat surface.
2. Screw off the lid, place the blending bottle on flat surface with open end facing up (Fig 1). Fill the blending bottle with your favorite ingredient (Fig 2). Add water or milk into the blending bottle (Fig 3).

Notice: Never add ingredient and liquid that pass the MAX marking on blending bottle.

Tips: To make smoothie, please add the fruit and ice cube little by little, this can avoid ice jam the blades.

1. Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of blending bottle (Fig 4).
2. Turn the blending bottle upside down, line up the arrows on the blade assembly to the open lock pattern on the main body, and place the blending bottle in the main body, then turn the blending bottle clockwise toward lock pattern to lock them with main body (Fig 5).

1. Connect the power plug to power supply socket. All the lights flashing indicate that the appliance is ready to use.
2. According to your needs, choose one of the switch buttons and press it, appliance then start blending (Fig 6).

- SOFT blending program: Best to blend soft fruits (e.g Strawberry, tomato), complete blending time is 40s.

- HARD blending program: Best to blend hard fruits (e.g Carrot) and ice cube, complete blending time is 60s.

When blending, the stage lights will light on one after other, to indicate the different program stages.

During blending, you can press any switch button to stop blending. When blending finish, all the stage lights light on and the switch button indication lights keep flashing.

Notice: Do not leave the appliance continuously operating for more than 1 mins. Before restarting, let it cool down for at least 2 mins.

1. Unplug from power supply socket. Turn the blending bottle anticlockwise toward open lock pattern, then take out the blending bottle, place it on a flat surface (Fig 7).

2. Hold the blade assembly and turn it anticlockwise to take it out from blending bottle (Fig 8). If you are using blending bottle, pour out the drink, or fasten the drinking lid to take it outside. To fasten the lid, turn it clockwise; to take it out, turn it anticlockwise.

Tips: If the blade assembly is too tight to take out, you can wear a dish washing hand gloves to open it. To use drinking lid, turn the drinking lid anticlockwise to open it to drink. To close it, turn the drink lid clockwise. Tips: The blending bottle with drinking lid can be used as a sport water bottle.

How to use blending jar

1. Put the main body on a flat surface.

2. Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of the blending jar (Fig 1). Line up arrows on the blade assembly to the arrows on the base and place the blending jar in the base. To lock the blending jar in the base, simply turn the blending jar clockwise in the base (Fig 2). Add water or milk into the blending jar (Fig 3).

Notice: Never add ingredient and liquid that pass the MAX marking on blending jar.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

• Clean the appliance, parts and accessories every time after use immediately.
• Before cleaning, assemble and disassemble, unplug from power supply socket.
• This appliance is not water resistance, never immerse the appliance, power plug, power cord in water nor rinse it under the tap. Use slightly wet cloth to clean the main body outer case only.
• Blades are very sharp, do not touch the blades when cleaning or handling to avoid slash.
• Clean all removable parts in lukewarm water with dishwashing liquid.
• Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone to clean the appliance, parts and accessories.
• Do not put the appliance, parts and accessories into dish washing machine.
• Do not take out the seal ring to avoid damages.
• The bottom side of blade assembly must be completely dry, that is to avoid liquid inflow the main body and makes damages.
• Use a damp cloth to wipe the main body outer case, then wipe it with a soft dry cloth.
  • After the appliance, parts and accessories are thoroughly dry, store it in place which children and pets are difficult to contact.

Wilfa issues a 5 years guarantee on this product from the day purchase is done. Guarantee covers production failure or defects that arise during guarantee period. Buying receipt of the product is proof of guarantee. When claiming guarantee, the shop where the product is bought is to be contacted.

Guarantee is valid only for products that is bought and used in private household. Guarantee is not valid if the product is used commercially.

Guarantee is not valid if the product is misused, used by negligence, if not following instructions given by Wilfa, if modified or if unauthorized reparation is done. Guarantee is also not valid for normal wear of the product, misuse, lack of maintenance, use of wrong electrical voltage or:

- Overloading of product

- Damage on glass
