How do I set the cooking time on the microwave?

Press the Start/Reset button to cook for 1 minute at maximum power. Press it repeatedly to increase time in 1-minute increments up to 30 minutes. For precise time, use the 1Min and 10Sec buttons before starting.

What are the different power levels available?

Press the Micro/Grill button to cycle through power levels: P10 (700 W, max), P7 (490 W), P5 (350 W), P3 (210 W), and P1 (70 W). Select the desired level, then set the time and press Start.

How do I use the defrost function?

Press the Micro/Grill button until 'DEF' appears on the display. Then set the food weight using the 1Min button (for 1 or 2 kg) and the 10Sec button (for increments of 0.1 kg). Maximum defrost weight is 2 kg.

How do I use the grill function?

Press the Micro/Grill button to select G1 (100% grill) or G2 (50% grill). Set cooking time up to 60 minutes. The oven will pause halfway to remind you to turn the food; press Start/Reset to continue.

How do I activate the child safety lock?

In standby mode, press and hold the 1Min and 10Sec buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The lock will activate. To unlock, repeat the same action.

Why does the turntable rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise?

This is normal. The turntable may rotate in either direction during operation to promote even cooking.

How should I clean the microwave?

Unplug the oven. Clean the exterior and interior with a damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scrapers. Wash the turntable, roller ring, and axis with mild soapy water, then dry thoroughly.

What types of containers are safe to use in the microwave?

Use only microwave-safe containers. Avoid metal, sealed containers, and plastic wrap that may melt. For high-fat foods, ensure plastic wrap does not touch the food. Check container suitability before use.

Why does the oven produce smoke or odor when first used?

This is normal. Manufacturing residue or oil may cause slight smoke or odor. To eliminate it, heat a cup of water with lemon slices or orange peel for 2-3 minutes. Ensure good ventilation during initial uses.

What should I do if the microwave does not work?

First, check power supply and plug. Place 150 ml of water in a microwave-safe cup and run for 1 minute. If the lamp, fan, turntable, and water heating are normal, the oven is fine. If not, unplug for 10 seconds and try again. If problem persists, contact technical support.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING.

Make sure the voltage in your living area corresponding to the one shown on the rating label of the appliance. And the wall socket is properly grounded.

1. To reduce the risk of fire in the oven cavity:

a) Do not overcook the food.

b) Remove wire twist -ties from paper or plastic bags before placing bags in the oven.

c) Do not heat oil or fat for deep drying as the temperature of oil cannot be controlled.

1. After use wipe the waveguide cover with a damp cloth, followed by dry cloth to remove any food splashes and grease. Built -up grease may overheat and begin to cause smoke or catch fire.

2. If materials inside the oven should smoke or ignite, keep oven door closed, turn oven off and disconnect the power supply.

3. When heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep an eye on the oven due to the possibility of ignition.

4. To reduce the risk of explosion and sudden boiling:

a) Liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed container since they are liable to explode; Baby bottles fitted with a screw cap or teat are considered to be sealed containers.

b) Use the wide -mouthed container to cook liquid, and the cooked liquid should not be removed out immediately. Several moments should be waited before removing. In order to avoid possible hazards caused by delayed eruptive boiling of liquids.

c) Potatoes, sausage and chestnut should be peeled or pierced before cooking. Eggs in their shell, whole hard -boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave ovens since they may explode, even after microwave heating has ended.

1. The contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars are to be stirred or shaken and the temperature is to be checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns.

2. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a shock hazard.

11. Do not store food or any other things inside the oven.
12. Do not operate the oven without any liquid or food inside the oven. This would do damage the oven.
13. Any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to persons.
14. It is hazardous for anyone other than a competent person to carry out any service or repair operation that involves the removal of a cover which gives protection against exposure to microwave energy; never remove the waveguide cover.
15. Microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed eruptive boiling; therefore care must be taken when handling the container

17. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
18. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications only.
19. The microwave oven is intended for heating food and beverages. Drying of food or clothing and heating of warming pads, slippers, sponges, damp cloth and similar may lead to risk of injury, ignition or fire.
20. INSTALLATION

1. Take out all the packing. If there is a safe film over the oven, tear it off before use. Check carefully for damage. If any, immediately notify dealer.
2. Microwave ovens must be placed under dry and non-corrosiveness environments, kept away from heat and humidity, such as gas burner or water tank.
3. To ensure sufficient ventilation, the distance of the back of microwave to the wall should be at least 10 cm, the side to the wall should be at least 15 cm, the free distance above the top surface at least 30 cm. the distance of the microwave to the ground should be at least 85 cm.
4. The position of the oven shall be such that it is far from the TV, Radio or antenna as picture disturbance. Or noise may occur.
5. The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible, and must ensure a good grounding in case leakage, ground loop can be formed to avoid electric shock.
6. The microwave oven must be operated with the door closed.
7. The microwave oven must not be placed in a cabinet. The microwave oven is intended to be used freestanding. Do not place any object on the top.

9. As there is manufacturing residue or oil remained on the oven cavity, it usually would smell the odor, even a slight smoke, It is normal case and would not occur after several times use, keep the door or window open to ensure good ventilation.

The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

Green-and-yellow : Earth

Blue : Neutral

Brown : Live

As the colours of the wires in the mains leads of the appliance may not correspond with the coloured markings indentifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:

The wire which is coloured green-and-yellow must be connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked with the letter E or by the earth symbol coloured green of green-and-yellow.

The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black.

The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.

ROTATING RING. The glass turntable sits on its wheels; it supports the turntable and helps it to balance when rotating.

CONTROL PANEL

I. Simplified use of your microwave

To cook, you only need to press the 'Start / Reset' button and the appliance will work for 1 minute at maximum power. Press again this buttons to increase the cooking time (One minute for one press)) up to a maximum of 30 minutes. Once the time has finished, 5 beeps will sound. Press 'start / Reset' again to stop the device.

II. Using different powers

By pressing the 'Micro / Grill' button you can select the desired operating power, as follows:

• Press the 'Micro / Grill' button and select between the different powers P10, P7, P5, P3 or P1, with P10 the maximum power and P1 the minimum
• Set the cooking time
• Press the 'Start / Stop' button

III. Defrost function

• Press 'Micro / Grill' until the 'DEF' function appears on the display

• Then, select the weight of the food you want to defrost, up to a maximum of 2 kg:

• Press the '10Min' button to select 1 or 2 Kg
  Press the '10Sec' button to select weight measurements between 0.1 kg and 0.9 kg. Note that each time you press this button it you will be setting 0.1 kg of weight. Example: If the food weighs 0.4 Kg, press the '10Sec' button 4 times
  ☐ If the food weighs 1.4 kg for example, you must press the '10Min' button one time and the '10Sec' button four times.

IV. Grill function

Up to 4 different grill functions can be selected by pressing the 'Micro / Grill' button. Maximum grill time is 60 minutes.

• Select G1 or G2 for the grill function from high to low power (100% or 50%). In this case the microwave will stop automatically and will sound twice once half time is reached to turn the food over. Press 'start / Reset' once you have turned the food over. If you do not want to turn the food, the microwave will continue automatically once one minute has passed
• C1 o C2 combine grill function with microwave based on the following terms:

○ C-1: 55% microwave + 45% grill
○ C-2: 30% microwave + 45% grill

V. Start/Reset button

Press this button for one of the following actions:

• To cancel on setting programme or time if the door is open
• To start a new programme or time
• To continue a paused programme
• To stop the appliance while is working

VI. Children safety lock

Under standby situation, press '1Min' and '10Sec' buttons during 2 seconds at the same time and the safety lock will be activated.

To unlock the appliance, please press again '1Min' and '10Sec' during 2 seconds.

COOKING TIPS AND SERVICING

The following factors may affect the cooking result:

Food arrangement

Place thicker areas towards outside of dish, the thinner part towards the centre and spread it evenly. Do not overlap if possible.

Cooking time length

Start cooking with a short time setting, evaluate it after it times out and extend it according to the actual need. Over cooking may result in smoke and burns.

Cooking food evenly

Food such as chicken, hamburger or steak should be turned once during cooking.

Depending on the type of food, if applicable, stir it from outside to centre of dish once or twice during cooking.

Allow standing time

After cooking times out, leave the food in the oven for an adequate length of time, this allows it to complete its cooking cycle and cooling it down in a gradual manner.

Whether the food is done

Color and hardness of food help to determine if it is done, these include:

• Steam coming out from all parts of food, not just the edge
• Joints of poultry can be moved easily
• Pork or poultry shows no signs of blood
• Fish is opaque and can be sliced easily with a fork

Microwave safe plastic wrap

When cooking food with high fat content, do not allow the plastic wrap come into contact with food as it may melt.

Microwave safe plastic cookware

Some microwave safe plastic cookware might not be suitable for cooking foods with high fat and sugar content. Also, the preheating time specified in the dish instruction manual must not be exceeded.

MANTEINANCE

Please check the following before calling for services.

Place one cup of water (approx.150ml) in a glass measure in the oven and close the door securely. Oven lamp should go off if the door is closed properly. Let the oven work for 1 min.

Does the oven lamp light?

Does the cooling fan work?

(Put your hand over the rear ventilation openings.)

Does the turntable rotate?

(The turntable can rotate clockwise or counter clockwise. This is quite normal.)

Is the water inside the oven hot?

If "NO" is the answer to any of the above questions, please check your wall socket. If the wall socket are functioning properly, contact the Technical Assistance. If the appliances is plugged correctly, please try to unplug it. Wait for 10 seconds and plug it again.

If still the microwave is still not working, please check if there is any circuit electric problem.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Warnings:

1. It is hazardous for anyone other than a competent person to carry out any service or repair operation that involves the removal of a cover which gives protection against exposure to microwave energy.
2. Remove the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning. Don't immerse the appliance in water or other fluids when cleaning.

4. The oven should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits removed.
5. Clean door seals, cavities and adjacent parts charily.
6. Never use hard detergent, gasoline, abrasive powder or metal brush to clean any part of the appliance.

8. When the microwave oven has been used for a long time, there may be some strange odors exist in oven, following 3 methods can get rid of them:

A. Place several lemon slices in a cup, then heat with high power for 2-3 min.
B. Place a cup of red tea in oven, then heat with high power.
C. Put some orange peel into oven, and then heat them with high power for 1 minute.

1. WARNING: Only allow children to use the oven without supervision when adequate instructions have been given so that the child is able to use the oven in a safe way and understands the hazards of improper use.

TIPS FOR CLEANING

Exterior:

Wipe the enclosure with a dampened soft cloth.

Door:

Using a dampened soft cloth, wipe clean the door and window.

Wipe the door seals and adjacent parts to remove any spill or spatter. Wipe the control panel with a slightly dampened soft cloth.

Interior walls:

Wipe clean the interior surfaces with a dampened soft cloth. Wipe clean the waveguide cover to remove any food splashed.

Turntable / Rotation ring / Rotation axis:

Wash with mild soap water.

Rinse with clean water and allow drying thoroughly.
