This modern, functional, and practical oven, that was manufactured with the most quality parts and materials, will meet your needs in every respect. You must surely read this manual in order not to have any problem in future and to be able to have successful results. The following information are the required rules for right installation and service processes. It must be read especially by the technician who will install the appliance.
Contact an Authorized Service center for mounting your oven.
3.1 INSTALLATION OF OVEN
There are some factors that must be paid attention to while installing your oven. Pay attention to our suggestions below to prevent any problems and/or dangerous situations that may occur later. It can be placed close to other furniture on condition that in the area where the oven is set up, the furniture's height must not exceed the height of the cooker panel. Pay attention not to place it near the refrigerator. There must be no flammable or inflammable materials such as curtains, waterproof cloth, etc. that will begin to burn quickly, while selecting a place for the oven. It is required that there be at least 2 cm blank space between the back cover of the oven and the wall for air circulation. The furniture close to the oven must be manufactured to resist heat more than 50°C above room temperature. If the kitchen furniture is higher than the pan on which the oven's cookers are placed, it must be at least 11 cm away from the oven's side. The minimum heights from the oven's pan to wall cupboards and paddle boxes with fans over the oven are shown below. Thus, the paddle box must be at a minimum height of 650 mm from the cooker pan. If there is no paddle box, this height must not be less than 700 mm.
3.2 ADJUSTMENT OF FEET
Your oven stands on 4 adjustable feet. As the feet are adjusted to a low location, it is required to check whether it is balanced before installing the oven. You can make this adjustment by turning the feet clockwise if required. It is possible to raise the appliance a maximum of 15 mm via the feet.
If the feet are adjusted appropriately, it is required not to move the appliance by dragging; instead, it is required to place it by lifting it up. It is required to bring the oven's drawer out to adjust the appliance's feet. The feet can be adjusted from inside via the small change.
3.3 ELECTRIC CONNECTION AND SECURITY
During the electric connection, follow the instructions below.
The earthing cable must be connected to the terminal. Ensure that the insulated cable is connected to the power source during connection. If there is no appropriate earthed electric outlet in accordance with regulations at the installation site, immediately contact our authorized service. The earthed electric outlet must be close to the appliance. Do not use an extension cord. The feeding cable must not touch the hot surface of the product. If the feeding cable is damaged, contact Qualified Service. The cable must be replaced by the authorized service. Incorrect electrical connection may damage your appliance; such damage is not covered by the guarantee. The appliance is adjusted for 220V 2N Volts and 400V 3N Volts. If the mains electricity differs from this value, immediately contact our authorized service. The electric cable must not touch the hot parts of the appliance, nor the back part. Otherwise, the cable may be damaged, potentially causing a short circuit. The manufacturer declares no responsibility for any damages or losses arising from failure to observe the following safety regulations. An all-pole disconnector must be installed in the supply circuit with a contact opening of at least 3.0 mm, rated 16A, and with delayed action.
The appliance is intended for fixed connection to the power supply. Connection to the electrical source must be performed by an authorized technician.
3.4 GENERAL WARNINGS AND MEASURES
Your appliance is produced in accordance with the relevant safety instructions for electrical appliances. Maintenance and repair work must be carried out only by an authorized service technician trained by the manufacturer. Installation and repair work that does not follow the rules may endanger you. The exterior surfaces become hot while the appliance is operating. The interior surfaces of the oven, the components that generate heat, and the steam that escapes are quite hot. Even when the appliance is turned off, these parts retain heat for a certain time. Do not touch hot surfaces. Keep children away. Do not leave the cooker unattended while cooking with solid or liquid oils. There is a risk of flaming if overheated. Never pour water on flames caused by oil. Cover the saucepan or frying pan with its lid to smother the flame, and turn off the cooker. The oven and heat adjustment switches must be set, and the oven's clock must be programmed for cooking in your oven. Otherwise, the oven will not operate. Do not leave anything on the oven door or drawer when they are open. You may unbalance the appliance or break the cover. Do not put heavy items or flammable, combustible materials (nylon, plastic bags, paper, cloth, etc.) into the lower drawer. Unplug the appliance when not in use and turn off the gas valve. Protect your appliance from atmospheric effects. Do not expose it to sun, rain, snow, dust, etc.

4.3 USE OF HOTPLATES AND VITROCERAMIC COOKTOPS
FS 65 VL
The electric cooker is controlled by 7-position switches. Position "0" is off. The functions for the other 6 positions are as follows:

1......Keeping food warm 2-3.....Heating at low heat 4-5-6..Cooking, roasting, and boiling
The top of the hotplates is covered with a heat-resistant protective material. To burn in and harden this protective layer on first use, turn the cooker switch to "3" and operate for 5 minutes. When using electric cookers, ensure that the saucepans have flat, smooth bases. Using appropriately sized, flat-based saucepans will give the most efficient cooking. It is not recommended to use small saucepans on large hotplates, as this causes heat loss and wastes energy.

Always check that the cooker is off and the control switch is at "0" after cooking. Also, never touch the hotplates immediately after turning off, as they remain hot for some time. Do not let children come near the cooker.
Clean the electric cooker with a wet cloth after each use. If it becomes excessively dirty, you can clean it with water and detergent.
After cleaning, heat the upper part for a few minutes to dry it. If you will not use the upper part for a while, ensure to apply a thin layer of machine oil to prevent rust.
Oven Functions
* The functions of your oven may vary depending on the model of your product.

Oven Lamp
Only the oven light will be turned on, and it remains on during all cooking functions.

Defrost Function
The oven's warning lights will be turned on, and the fan starts operating.
To use the defrost function, place your frozen food on a shelf in the third slot from the bottom. It is recommended to place an oven tray under the food to catch water from melting ice. This function will not cook or bake your food; it only helps to defrost it.

Turbo Function
The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, and the ring heating element and fan will start operating.
The turbo function evenly disperses heat in the oven, ensuring all foods on all racks are cooked evenly. It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.

Static Cooking Function
The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, and the lower and upper heating elements will start operating.
The static cooking function emits heat, ensuring even cooking of the lower and upper food. This is ideal for making pastries, cakes, baked pasta, lasagne, and pizza. Preheating the oven for 10 minutes is recommended, and it is best to cook on only one shelf at a time in this function.

Fan Function
The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the upper and lower heating elements and fan will start operating.
This function is very good for obtaining results in baking pastry. Cooking is carried out by the lower and upper heating element within the oven and by the fan providing air circulation, which will give a slight grill effect to the food. It is recommended to pre-heat the oven about 10 minutes.

Pizza Function
The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the ring and lower heating elements and fan will start operating.
Fan and lower heating function is ideal for baking food, such as pizza, equally in a short time. While the fan evenly disperses the heat of the oven, the lower heating element ensures the baking of food dough.

Grilling Function
The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the grill heating element will start operating.
The function is used for grilling and toasting foods, use the upper shelves of oven. Lightly brush the wire grid with oil to stop foods sticking and place foods in the center of the grid. Always place a tray beneath to catch any drips of oil or fat. It is recommended to pre-heat the oven about 10 minutes.
Warning: When grilling, the oven door must be closed and the oven temperature should be adjusted to 190°C.

Faster Grilling Function
The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the grill and upper heating elements will start operating.
The function is used for faster grilling and for covering a larger surface area, such as grilling meats, use the upper shelves of oven.

Double Grill and Fan Function
The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, and the grill, upper heating elements, and fan will start operating.
This function is used for faster grilling of thicker foods and for covering a larger surface area. Both the upper heating elements and the grill are energized along with the fan to ensure even cooking.
Use the upper shelves of the oven. Lightly brush the wire grid with oil to prevent food from sticking, and place food in the center of the grid. Always place a tray beneath to catch any drips of oil or fat. It is recommended to preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Warning: When grilling, the oven door must be closed and the oven temperature should be adjusted to 190°C.
Lower Heater Function
In this cooking mode, heat is spread from the lower heating element. The lower heater function is appropriate for heating food rather than cooking it.
Lower Heater and Fan Function
In this cooking mode, heat is spread from the lower heating element and the fan motor. This function can be used to heat food evenly in a short time.
4.4.4 Accessories Used in the Oven
You can use glass dishes, cake molds, and special oven trays that are suitable for use in the oven and available on the market, in addition to the oven trays and grill wire chicken roasting skewer that come with your oven. Pay attention to the information provided by the manufacturer. If small dishes are used, place the dish on the grill wire so that it is centered on the wire. The following information must also be followed for enameled dishes.
If the food to be cooked does not cover the oven tray completely, if the food is taken from the deep freezer, or if the tray is used to collect juices that flow during grilling, changes in the tray's shape may occur due to the high heat generated during cooking or roasting.
The tray will return to its original shape only after it has cooled down following cooking. This is a normal physical phenomenon that occurs during heat transfer.
Do not place this tray or dish in a cold environment immediately after cooking in a glass tray or dish. Do not put it on cold or wet surfaces. Place it on a dry kitchen cloth or a dish rack to ensure it cools slowly. Otherwise, the glass tray or dish may break. If you plan to grill in your oven, we recommend using the grill tray that came with the product (if included). This way, spattered and flowing oils will not dirty the inside of the oven. If you use the large wire grill, place a tray on one of the lower shelves to catch oils. Also, add some water to the tray for easier cleaning.
Use the 4th and 5th shelves when grilling, and oil the grill to prevent the ingredients from sticking.
PART 5: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR OVEN
5.1 CLEANING
Be sure that all control switches are off and your appliance cooled before cleaning your oven. Plug off the appliance.
Check whether they are appropriate and recommended by the manufacturer before using the cleaning materials on your oven. As they may damage the surfaces, do not use caustic creams, abrasive cleaning powders, thick wire wool or hard tools. In case the liquids that overflow around your oven burn, the enameled place may be damaged. Immediately clean the overflow liquids.
Cleaning of Inside of Your Oven
Surely plug off the oven before starting cleaning.
The inside of enameled oven is cleaned in the best way when the oven is warm. Wipe the oven with a soft cloth that had been hemmed in soapy water after each use. Later wipe it with a wet cloth once more and then dry it. It may be required to use a liquid cleaning material from time to time and make a complete cleaning. Do not clean with dry and powder cleansers.
Removal of oven door

To remove the oven door;
- Open the oven door (1).
- Open the saddle bracket up to end position (2).
- Close the door till it almost reaches to the full closed position as shown in the 3rd figure and remove the door by pulling it towards yourself.
NOTE: To re-assemble the door follow the opposite rules of removal.
⚠️ Please pay attention that the recessed forms should be positioned properly on the hinge counterparts as shown on the 2nd figure.
WARNING - Fit the grid correctly into any circle sp oheling oven cavity and push it to the end.

Cleaning of Your Oven's Cover
To clean the cover of your oven, both inside and outside, use a glass cleaner. Then rinse and dry it with a dry cloth. The cover can be pulled out for cleaning as shown in the following figure.
* Open the cover completely. * Pass the metal pin through the holes as shown in the picture. * Do this for both hinges. * Lift the cover slightly and pull it towards the outside smoothly. The cover will come out completely. * To replace it, place it back into the hinge holes while pinning the cover into place.
Do not clean the oven's cover while the glass panels are hot. If this precaution is not taken, the glass panel may break. Contact Authorized Service if any problem occurs.
Cleaning the Vitroceramic Cooker
Before starting cleaning, wait for the Vitroceramic cooker to cool down completely. Ensure that the cleaning material does not contain any particles that may scratch the glass. Use cream or liquid detergent. The Vitroceramic surface must be cleaned with cold water and dried with a soft cloth, ensuring no cleaning material is left behind. Use the scraper provided with your product to clean food or residues. Sweet-type food must be cleaned immediately after spilling, before the glass cools down. Steel cleaning materials may damage the Vitroceramic glass. Dust on the surface must be cleaned with a wet cloth. Color changes on ceramic surfaces do not affect the functional structure or durability of the Vitroceramic.
Color change is caused by not cleaning residues, erosion due to casseroles, and using inappropriate cleaning materials, not by material change. The cleaning scraper must always be used before applying chemicals. With this scraper, you can clean even the smallest dirt on the surface. Materials that are hard to clean, such as liquefied plastic, oil, and sweet materials, can be easily cleaned with the scraper. Your scraper is dangerous because it is equipped with a razor, so it must be kept away from children. Be careful not to scratch the silicon adhesive placed on the edges of the glass while using the scraper.
5.2 MAINTENANCE
Changing the Oven Lamp
The oven lamp must be changed by an authorized technician. The lamp should be rated 230V, 25Watt, Type E14. Before changing the lamp, the oven should be unplugged and cool.
PART 6: SERVICE AND TRANSPORT
6.1 Requirements Before Contacting Service
If the oven does not operate:
The oven may be unplugged, or there may have been a power outage. On models fitted with a timer, the time may not be set.
If the oven does not heat:
The heat may not be adjusted with the oven's heater control switch.
If the interior lighting lamp does not light;
The electricity must be checked.
It must be checked whether the lamps are defective. If they are defective, you can replace them following the guide.
Cooking (if the lower and upper parts do not cook evenly);
Check the shelf positions, cooking time, and heat settings according to the manual.
If you still have any problems with your product after these checks, please contact the "Authorized Service".
6.2 Information Related to Transport
If you need to transport the product;
Keep the original packaging of the product and use it when transporting. Follow the transport symbols on the packaging.
Tape the cooker's upper parts, knobs, and pan supports to the cooking surface.
Place a sheet of paper between the upper cover and the cooking surface, close the upper cover, and then tape it to the sides of the oven.
Tape cardboard or paper onto the front cover over the oven's interior glass, as appropriate for the trays, to prevent the wire grill and trays from damaging the oven's cover during transport.
Also tape the oven's covers to the side walls.
If the original packaging is not available;
Protect the external surfaces (glass and painted surfaces) of the oven against possible impacts.
