The stick mixer mashes, blends, whips, and chops foods fast and easy. Well suited for e.g. sauces, soups, dressing, dietetic food and baby food, cocktails, sorbet ice, etc., for chopping nuts and similar or for whipping e.g. cream. It can also be used for crushing ice for e.g. drinks.
The stick mixer is used with the enclosed cup, but can be used in any bowl, jug, or pot. Be careful when using the appliance in a bowl or pot due to potential splashing. When using the stick mixer directly in a pot, remove the pot from the stove to prevent the appliance from overheating (max 75-80°C) from the hot base of the pot.

How to use the stick mixer
Mount the removable blending shaft on the motor part by pressing the blending shaft onto the motor part until it engages (you will hear a click sound) and the mixer is correctly positioned. Apply the plug to a power socket and switch on. Make sure that the power cord does not get in the way.
Lower the stick mixer into the ingredients before switching it on to avoid splashing. Press the ON-button and carefully work the stick mixer upwards and to the sides in slow, rotating movements. To set the speed, turn the speed selector on top of the motor part. To choose the highest speed, use the turbo button.
When the ON-button or the turbo-button is released, the motor will stop immediately. Press the button at intervals of about 10 seconds, release the button for a moment and restart. Continue in this way until all ingredients have the texture you want.
Because the stick blender works very fast – most ingredients are done in less than 1 minute – we recommend that you activate the appliance only for short intervals, especially the first times, when you are not yet familiar with it.
Note that the stick mixer should only be activated continuously for max 1 minute when blending soft foods, and max 10 seconds when blending solid foods. Allow the stick mixer to rest and cool off for a couple of minutes before re-activating.
If the stick mixer is used for crushing ice, do not crush too important amounts at a time. We recommend that you start with max 5-8 ice cubes. Add a little more water in the container before switching on the appliance. Use the “turbo” button until you have obtained the wanted result.
After use, remove the stick mixer from the jug or the bowl, switch off the power and remove the plug from the power socket.
Demount the stick mixer by pressing the two buttons at the bottom of the motor part and remove the blending shaft and rinse it under running water. Use a soft brush and hot soapy water to clean the knife. Never soak the knife in water as water will penetrate into the bearing of the knife and damage it.
The mini chopper is well suited for chopping foods such as meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, nuts, almonds, beans, etc.
Remove the plastic cap from the knife. Please note: The knife is very sharp! Never touch the knife directly, only touch the plastic part. Place the bowl on an even surface, and then place the knife on the shaft in the middle of the bowl.
Add the ingredients to be chopped. Put on the lid and turn clockwise until it engages with a click
Now lock the motor part onto the bowl by pressing the motor part downwards, until it engages with a click.
The mini chopper is designed for small portions and must be activated in accordance with the quantities stated in the table below. If not, the result may not be satisfactory and there is a risk of overloading the appliance.
| Type Preparation | Maximum quantity | Approx. time |
| Meat Cut into 2 cm pieces 250 g 15 sec. | ||
| Herbs | Rinse, string and dry well | 50 g 10 sec. |
| Hazelnuts/almonds | Only the nut itself and not the shell | 150 g 15 - 25 sec. |
| Cheese Cut into small cubes 100 g 10 sec. |
| Onion | Peel and cut into 2-3 cm pieces | 200 g 10 - | 15 sec. |
| Garlic | Peal and separate in cloves | 5-8 cloves 5 sec. | |
| Carrots, raw | Peel and cut into 1 cm pieces | 150 g | 5 short pushes and 20-30 sec. |
| Chocolate | Keep in freezer and cut into 1 cm pieces | 50 g | 5 short pushes and 30 sec. |
IMPORTANT!
To avoid damage to bearings, knife and container, please do not use the following foods in the mini-chopper: Grain, ice, nutmeg, and coffee beans. Any resulting damage is not covered by the warranty!
Apply the plug to a power socket. Switch on the appliance by pressing the ON-button and the appliance will work as long as the button is pressed. Adjust the speed by using the speed selector at the top of the motor part. To choose the highest speed, use the turbo button. We recommend that you start by pressing the button in short sequences and subsequently let the appliance work continuously until the desired degree of fineness has been obtained. However, note that the mini-chopper must only be activated continuously for a maximum of 1 minute at a time with soft foods, and max 10 seconds with solid foods. Subsequently, the appliance must be allowed to cool off for a couple of minutes before re-activating.
Hold the motor part with one hand and the bowl with the other hand during use.
After use, remove the motor part from the bowl by pressing the two buttons at the bottom of the motor part, upon which the motor part can be removed. Switch off the power and remove the plug from the power socket. Take the lid off the bowl and remove the knife part carefully.
IMPORTANT!
The knife is very sharp and must be handled with care. Never take the lid off and detach the knife before it has stopped completely!
How to use the whisk
The whisk is used only for whipping cream, egg whites, light dough such as pancake dough or cake mixtures, or ready-made dessert mixtures.
Attach the whisk to the whisk holder and mount the whisk holder to the motor part until it engages. Place the whisk in the bowl before the motor part is activated. Press the ON-button to switch on the whisk.
Note: The whisk shall only run continuously for max 2 minutes.
After use, switch off the power and pull the plug from the power socket. Then detach the whisk from the motor part by pressing the two buttons at the bottom of the motor part, and the whisk and the whisk holder can be removed from the motor part. The holder can now be taken off the whisk.
Cleaning and maintenance
Only wipe the motor part using a soft, damp cloth or kitchen roll. The additional parts can be cleaned in hot soapy water or in the dishwasher. When using the dishwasher, place the parts in the top basket, never at the bottom part, where the powerful heat development in some cases may cause deformation of the plastic parts.
Plastic parts may be discoloured by coloured food such as carrots. Grease the parts with a little vegetable oil before putting them in the dishwasher.
IMPORTANT!
The motor part must never be rinsed under running water or be immersed in water or other liquids. Consequently, the motor part is not dishwasher-safe!
NOTE: The container and the bowl cannot be used in a microwave oven.
Disposal of the appliance

Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment marked with the symbol indicating separate collection of such equipment must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.
Warranty
Claims according to current law. Any claim shall be accompanied by the cash receipt with purchase date. When raising a claim the appliance must be returned to the store of purchase.
