Frequently Asked Questions - BL3326B 2GO Clas Ohlson

How do I assemble the food processor?
Place the bowl on the motor base, align and lock it. Insert the chosen attachment (blade, disc, etc.) onto the drive shaft. Place the lid over the bowl and turn it clockwise until it clicks. Ensure the pusher is inserted in the feed tube.
What is the maximum capacity for solid ingredients?
Do not fill the bowl beyond the MAX level indicated inside. For solid foods like vegetables, the maximum capacity is typically 1.5 kg, depending on the type of food.
Can I process hot liquids?
No, do not process hot liquids (above 60°C). Let the food cool down before processing. Hot liquids can cause pressure buildup and lead to lid ejection or burns.
How do I clean the food processor?
Unplug the unit. Remove the bowl, lid, and attachments. Wash them in warm soapy water or on the top rack of a dishwasher. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
What should I do if the processor stops working during use?
The unit has overload protection. If it stops, unplug it and let it cool for 15-20 minutes. Reduce the load and try again. If it persists, check the bowl and lid are properly locked.
Is the bowl made of glass or plastic?
The model BL3326B 2GO comes with a high-quality plastic (Tritan) bowl that is BPA-free and shatter-resistant. Some versions may include a glass bowl; check your package.
Can I use the food processor to knead dough?
Yes, the included kneading hook allows you to knead up to 500 g of dough. Use pulse and low speed, and do not exceed the recommended amount to avoid motor strain.
Are the blades and discs dishwasher safe?
Yes, all stainless steel blades and discs are dishwasher safe. However, place them on the top rack with the sharp edges facing down to prevent damage and injury.
Where can I find spare parts or accessories?
Spare parts such as bowls, lids, blades, and discs can be ordered from Clas Ohlson's website or at their physical stores. Use the model number BL3326B 2GO for the correct part.
