For motion picture, it is a method by which all rows of the picture are displayed, stored or transmitted simultaneously. Therefore, a sharper and flickerless image is obtained compared to the standard video signal. Progressive Scan provides a flickerless image as on a computer monitor. In the interlaced scanning which tires the eye more, it is intended to create a full image impression by displaying the odd rows first and then the even rows. Progressive scanning is indicated by »p« in short. For instance, for 480p and 720p your TV should be »HD Ready«. In order to obtain 1080p quality image, your TV should be »Full HD«. In this case, you should use the HDMI connection.

Displaying Subtitle Files with same names
