How do I charge my phone with the GoGen CHST401B?

Simply place your Qi-enabled phone on the phone charging area. The charging starts automatically and the LED will turn blue.

Why is the LED flashing between blue and green?

A flashing blue and green LED indicates a foreign object is detected or the phone is misaligned on the charging area. Remove any metal objects and reposition the device.

Can I charge three devices simultaneously?

Yes, you can charge a phone, iWatch, and Airpods at the same time. However, you must use a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 adapter to supply enough power.

Is the charger safe to use if I have a pacemaker?

If you use a pacemaker or similar medical device, consult your doctor before use. Always maintain a distance of more than 22 cm between the pacemaker and the wireless charger to avoid interference.

Can I use a thick phone case while charging?

The suggested phone case thickness is less than 3 mm. Thicker cases may affect charging efficiency or prevent charging altogether.

What power adapter should I use?

For best performance, especially when charging multiple devices, use a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 adapter with USB-C output (9 V / 2.7 A or 12 V / 2 A). A standard 5 V adapter will not provide enough power for simultaneous charging.

How do I clean the charger?

Before cleaning, shut down power and disconnect the charger. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners.

Can I use my phone while it is charging?

It is not suggested to use the phone while it is being charged wirelessly, as it may affect charging performance and cause overheating.

CHARGING INSTRUCTION

Please use an adapter based on product requirements to supply power. It is necessary to use the Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 3.0 charging adapter if you want to charge 3 devices at the same time. The charging starts automatically while you put the supported device on the charging area.
