How do I charge the headphones and how long does it take?

Connect the provided Micro-USB cable to a computer or USB charger. The LED shines red during charging and turns blue when fully charged. Charging takes about 2 hours.

What is the battery life of the EBTM83?

Play time is up to 5 hours on a full charge. The battery is a rechargeable Li-polymer 80 mAh.

How do I adjust the volume or skip tracks?

Press the '+' button to increase volume and '-' to decrease. During playback, press and hold '+' for about 2 seconds to skip to the next track, and '-' to go to the previous track.

Can I use the headphones for calls?

Yes. Briefly press the multi-function button to answer or end a call. Double press to activate the voice assistant.

What does the LED indicator mean?

Red and blue flashing: pairing mode. Blue slow blinking: connected. Red steady: charging. Blue steady: fully charged. When battery is low, the headphones will automatically turn off.

How do I clean the headphones?

Wipe the earphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any liquids or abrasive cleaners. Keep the charging port dry.

Is it safe to use while driving?

No. For traffic safety, do not use the headphones while driving or cycling.

What is the warranty period?

The product is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase against material defects and workmanship. Battery capacity decrease due to use or age is not covered.

What should I do if the headphones do not connect?

Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing red/blue). On your device, turn Bluetooth off and on, then search again. If still issues, reset by turning off and on again. Also check that the headphones are charged.

1) Micro USB charging socket
2) Button + Press once to increase the volume by one level. During playback press and hold approx. 2 seconds to skip to the next track.
3) Button PLAY/ON, OFF – press and hold to switch the device on / of. Press once to play / stop music playback. Briefly press to answer / end call Double subsequent press activates voice assistants.
4) Button - Press once to reduce the volume by one level. During playback, press and hold approx. 2 seconds to jump to the previous track.

LED INDICATOR

Bluetooth Mode: When in Bluetooth mode, the blue and red LED indicators will flash alternately. Blue LED controller slowly blinks after connection.

Charging Mode: LED controller shines red while charging. The controller shines blue after being fully charged.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING MODE

Turn on the headphone by holding down the power button. Keep pressing until the LED lights flash red and blue. Release the power button after LED's start flashing red and blue.

CONNECTING TO A BLUETOOTH DEVICE

1) When the headphones are in pairing mode, open the wireless setting on your device. Make sure the device's Bluetooth setting is turned on.
2) Search for GOGËBTM83
3) Choose GOGEBTM83 pair, your device should them show “connected”.
4) Blue LED controller on earphones slowly blinks after the earphones are connected to your device.
5) If your device asks you for a password to connect to the headphones, key in "0000". This is normally not needed.

CHARGING

Connect the provided Micro-USB cable to a computer or a USB charger.LED controller shines red while charging. The controller shines blue after being fully charged.

LOW BATTERY

When the battery power is low, the headphones will automatically turn off. To maintain proper battery levels, charge the headphones at least once per month. If the headphones sit without being power on for long periods of time, they will need to be charged to maintain full battery levels.

WARRANTY

Our product is warranted for 2 full year from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided on all material defects and workmanship. Guarantee of 24 months does not apply to decrease in the accumulator's effective capacity caused by its use or age. Effective capacity gradually decreases depending on the method of use of the accumulator.
