How do I connect the soundbar to my TV via HDMI?

Use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI eARC/ARC port on the soundbar to the HDMI ARC port on your TV. Then enable HDMI CEC in your TV settings to use the eARC/ARC mode.

Why is there no sound from the soundbar?

Ensure the soundbar is powered on and the correct input source is selected. Check that the volume is not muted. For HDMI connection, confirm your TV supports ARC/eARC and that HDMI CEC is enabled.

How do I pair my phone via Bluetooth?

Turn on the soundbar and select Bluetooth (BT) as the source. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings, search for devices, and select 'TESLA PrimeSound HQ-990'. If pairing fails, long press the Bluetooth button on the remote to disconnect and re-enter pairing mode.

Can I use the soundbar with a non-ARC TV?

Yes, you can use the optical cable or 3.5 mm AUX input. Connect the optical cable to the soundbar's optical port and to your TV's optical output, or use a 3.5 mm audio cable from the TV headphone jack to the AUX port.

How do I adjust the bass or treble?

Press the Bass or Trebles button on the remote (short press), then press the Volume + or - buttons to adjust. Press the button again to exit the setting.

What does the '3D Surround' button do?

It activates a virtual surround sound effect to create a more immersive audio experience. Press the 3D button on the remote to toggle it on or off.

Can I mount the soundbar on the wall?

Yes, the soundbar can be wall-mounted. Use appropriate wall brackets (not included). The mounting holes are spaced 744 mm apart.

How do I clean the soundbar?

Always unplug the soundbar before cleaning. Use a soft, damp, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

The remote control is not working. What should I do?

Check the batteries: insert a fresh AAA 1.5V battery with correct polarity. Ensure nothing is blocking the remote sensor on the soundbar. If it still doesn't work, try resetting the soundbar by unplugging it for a few seconds.

What is covered under warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does NOT cover damage from misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, unauthorized repairs, or natural elements like water or fire. Contact the dealer where you purchased the product for warranty service.

CONNECTING THE SPEAKER TO THE TV

HDMI eARC/ARC

Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI connector on the rear panel of the speaker, then connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the TV. If you want to use eARC/ARC mode, enable HDMI CEC in the TV settings if your TV supports it.

Optical cable

Connect the optical cable to the optical connector on the rear panel of the speaker, then connect the other end of the optical cable to the external device.

Bluetooth

Turn on the soundbar and select Bluetooth (BT) as the sound source. In the TV/mobile phone menu, find "Settings" - "Bluetooth" and then "Search". The soundbar will be detected as "TESLA PrimeSound HQ-990".

USB

Turn on the soundbar and select USB as the sound source. Connect the USB storage device to the USB connector on the rear panel of the speaker.

AUX cable

Connect 3.5 mm audio cable to the AUX connector on the rear panel of the speaker, then connect the other end of the 3.5 mm audio cable to the external device.

BD player/Game console, etc.

Connect the optical cable to the optical connector on the back panel of the soundbar, and then connect the other end of the optical cable to the device.
