How do I empty the dust container?

Press the release button on the dust container and pull it out. Hold it over a bin, press the bottom lid release to empty. For thorough cleaning, rinse the container with water and dry completely before reinserting.

How should I clean the filter?

Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Remove the HEPA filter from the compartment. Tap gently to remove loose dust, or rinse under running water if washable. Let the filter air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.

Why is the suction power weak?

Check if the dust container is full or the filter is clogged. Also inspect the hose and brush head for blockages. Empty the container, clean the filter, and remove any obstructions. Ensure the brush roll is free of hair and debris.

How does the cord rewind work?

The cord rewinds automatically when you press the cord rewind button. Hold the plug while pressing the button to prevent whipping. If the cord does not rewind fully, gently pull out a little and press again.

Can I use the vacuum with a voltage converter?

The vacuum is designed for 220-240 V only. Using a voltage converter may damage the motor or cause safety hazards. Always check the voltage rating before use.

How do I replace the brush roll?

Read this instruction booklet carefully.
Before using the appliance, check that the mains power voltage corresponds to the voltage shown on the racing plate.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before placing into operation make certain that the filters are in the proper position.
Before using the appliance, unwind a sufficient length of cable and insert the plug into the power socket. A YELLOW mark on the power cable shows the ideal cable length. Do not extend the cable beyond the RED mark.
Press the ON/OFF button to switch the appliance on. It is advisable to set the power control to MIN before switching the appliance on.
To rewind the power cable, press the rewind button with foot, and guide the cable with hand to ensure that it does not whip causing damage.
By moving the variable power control, the suction power can be adjusted.

MAINTENANCE

REPLACING THE DUSTBAG

Always operate the cleaner with the dustbag installed.
If you forget to attach the dustbag or attach it in the wrong manner, the dust cover may not close completely.
Allar removing the flexible hose, open the front pover (fig. 19).
Remove the custag and insert a new one (fig. 20, 21).
Close the cover by pressing down until it clicks (fig. 19).
Dustlog reference number: T120 / CT 120.
Dustbag reference number in Switzerland: M 06.

REPLACING THE FILTERS

The dustbag must be replaced if the window of the dustbag full indicator is completely red when the cleaner is operating at maximum power and the nozzle is raised from the floor.

Filters should be replaced at least twice a year or when they become visibly soiled.
Always operate the cleaner with fibers installed to avoid reduced suction.
Disconnect from electrical outlet before changing the filters.
Do not use a washing machine to rinse fiber
➢ Full dustbag upward and remove the motor protection filter (Fig. 22).
➢ Rinse the filter under tap water and dry it completely. (Fig. 2)
➢ Put the filter back into the cleaner (Fig. 22.)
Open the filter cover and remove the exhaust filter with grill. (fig. 24, 25) (PC 4206, 4207, 4220, 4260).
Take the fillers out of the grill (Fig. 26).
➢ Rinse the titars under tap water and dry them completely. (Fig. 23)
Place the filters back into the grill and put it back into the cleaner. (Fig. 26, 25)
Close the filter power (fig. 24).
HEPA filter (PC 4208, 4280): Take out the filter with grill, and change it for a new one (fig. 25)

PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

➢ Attempt to recycle packaging material and old appliances.

The cardboard packaging can be placed in the waste paper collection.

➢ Deposit the plastic bag made of polyethylene (PE) at the PE collection point for recycling.

Recycling the Appliance at the end of its life:

The plastic components all carry a material identification marking so that, like the other materials, they can be recycled at the end of the life of the appliance.

➢ Please inquire with your local authority.

Blocked air flow and dirty filters:

The cleaner stops automatically if a blockage occurs in the nozzle, be hose or if the filters are blocked with dirt.
➢ Disconnect from mains and allow the cleaner to cool for 20-30 minutes. Remove blockage and/or clean filters.

Restart the cleaner.
