Remove the screw at the back, slide off the cover, and replace the old battery with a new LR44 or AG13 battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Replace cover and screw.

Why does the calculator show 'E' or an error?

The 'E' indicates an overflow or division by zero. Press ON or AC to clear. Check your input and try again.

How do I calculate trigonometric functions?

Set the angle mode (Deg, Rad, or Grad) using MODE. Then press the function key (sin, cos, tan) before entering the angle. For inverse functions, press SHIFT then the function.

How do I perform statistical calculations?

Press MODE then choose SD (standard deviation) or REG (regression). Enter data using DT (DATA) key. Use SHIFT + S-SUM or S-VAR to view results.

How do I convert between polar and rectangular coordinates?

Use the Pol( and Rec( functions. For example, Pol(x, y) returns r and θ; Rec(r, θ) returns x and y. Results are stored in variables E and F (or X and Y).

How do I clear the memory?

To clear the independent memory, press SHIFT then MR (memory recall) and then MC (memory clear) if available, or use 0 M+ to store zero.
