WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury, it is necessary to follow the tips presented below:

Please keep this operation manual in order to be able to use it at any time, because it contains important information.

  1. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
  2. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
  3. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
  4. Children under the age of 3 should be kept away or supervised at all times.
  5. Children between 3 and 8 years of age may only switch the device on and off if it is placed and installed in normal position as per its intended use, under supervision only and in a safe way as per the manual and provided they understand the hazards related to the device. Children between 3 and 8 years of age must not unplug, adjust, clean, or service the device.
  6. This device may be used by children above the age of 8 and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacity or persons inexperienced or unacquainted with the device under supervision only or in a safe way as per the manual and provided they understand the hazards related to the device. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by unsupervised children.

  7. WARNING: Some parts of the product may be very hot and cause burns. Pay particular attention to children and sensitive person.

  8. WARNING: The device cannot be covered. It may result in overheating or fire.
  9. WARNING: Do not leave the turned-on heater unattended!
  10. Always inspect power cord, and do not operate heater with a damaged cord or plug. If the power cord becomes damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, in a specialist repair workshop, or by a qualified person in order to prevent any hazards.
  11. Disconnect the unit from the mains when you don't use it. Do not leave it with the switch off and/or with thermostat set to minimum when you don't use it.
  12. Use the device at a safe distance from inflammable materials such as: curtains, paper, bedding, wooden or plastic elements, etc.
  13. Always switch off the device when you don't use it. While removing the plug from the socket do not pull by the power cord.
  14. Do not allow children or animals to play around the device.
  15. Do not use it in the rooms where gas or other volatile or inflammable substances can occur.
  16. The device should be cleaned with a dry or slightly wet cloth. During cleaning the device cannot be connected to the mains.

  17. Before starting any maintenance or repair work always disconnect the device from the power source. In addition, do not forget to let the device cool down.

  18. Do not use the device in dusty rooms.
  19. Store it in a clean and dry place.
  20. Transport in the original packaging. Protect against dust, humidity, and mechanical damage.
  21. The device is designed for indoor use only. It cannot be used or stored in places exposed to weather factors.
  22. Its place of operation should provide stability. The power cord cannot run in the vicinity of hot air outlets. It cannot be bent or crushed or run in the neighborhood of sharp edges.
  23. Do not insert any objects into the opening of the device's body.
  24. Despite proper use of the device and following all safety guidelines, some specific residual risks cannot be completely eliminated.
  25. It must be possible to unplug the device after it is installed; access to the plug must be provided.
  26. WARNING: The heater is not equipped with a device for controlling room temperature. Do not use the heater in small rooms when they are occupied by people not able to leave the room on their own, unless a permanent supervision is ensured.
  27. The heater is filled with the precise amount of special oil. Any repairs requiring to open the oil tank must be carried out solely by the

manufacturer or their maintenance service representative whom the user should contact if any oil leak is noticed.

  1. If the heater is to be scrapped, comply with the oil removal regulations.
  2. WARNING: Before switching the device on, make sure that the power characteristics comply with the parameters on the nameplate. This heater is equipped with a grounded type plug and must be plugged into a grounded type outlet. This is a safety feature: DO NOT REPLACE THIS PLUG!

PLEASE NOTE!

Oil heater is a heat source as long as it is used in line with safety recommendations which should be followed with diligence.

  1. The heater should be placed on a level surface. Choose the place carefully and take the casters into consideration.
  2. The distance between the device and other objects, in particular inflammable objects, has to be at least 2 m.
  3. Do not cover the device with clothes or other cloths.
  4. Do not use the oil heater to dry clothes.
  5. Place the device far from other hot surfaces, inflammable objects (curtains, upholstery, etc.) inflammable gases, explosives, and easily deformed materials.
  6. Do not use the heater in the bathroom when taking a bath or a shower.

  7. Unplug the heater when not in use.

  8. The power cord should not touch the heater when it is on.

  9. Never use the device outside.

  10. Do not leave the device unattended when in use.

  11. Contact the manufacturer or technical service in the case of a leak.

  12. When disposing of the device follow regulations applicable to disposal of oil.

  13. It is normal for the heater to emit some odor when it is turned on for the first time. When using the heater for the first time, set it to maximum power for two hours and open a window to let the smell of the new device out.

INSTALLATION OF THE CASTERS

  1. Turn the heater upside down and put it on a soft surface to prevent scratching of its surface.
  2. Screw caster disc to the heater with the wire and wing nuts.
  3. Push each caster on pins on the disc until they click in the right place.
  4. Turn the heater back to the upright position.

WARNING: Do not operate without feet attached. Do operate the heater only in upright position (feet on the bottom, controls on the top), any other position could create a hazardous situation.

OPERATION

ATTENTION!

Make sure that the power source to which the appliance is to be connected is accordant with the parameters specified on the rating plate.

  1. Choose a suitable location for the heater, taking into account the safety instructions above.
  2. Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable outlet (220-240V).
  3. Turn the thermostat knob clockwise until you feel detectable resistance.
  4. Switch the device on following the guidelines below. After the power level switches are on, diodes will light up.
  5. The minimum heating power - press left switch I
    • The medium heating power - press right switch II
  6. The maximum heating power - both switches I and II must be on

  7. To reduce the maximum heating power, turn off one of the interim powers - the minimum or medium one.

  8. You can control heating intensity for the selected heating power, turning the thermostat leftward (without switching it off) or rightward to MAX position.

  9. To turn the device off, turn off the power switches, turn the thermostat to "0" level (off) and unplug the device.

MAINTAINING THE PRESET TEMPERATURE

  1. When switching the device on, the thermostat knob should be set to the maximum level until the required temperature is reached.
  2. After the required temperature has been reached, turn the thermostat knob slowly counterclockwise until a red lamp goes out.

  3. Leave the thermostat in the said position.

  4. The device will switch on automatically when the temperature falls below the set one and off after it has been reached.

OVERHEATING PROTECTION

This device has a thermostat preventing overheating.

NOTE!

If you are not able to reach the desired temperature in room, it is necessary to use next device.

CLEANING THE HEATER AND MAINTENANCE

Always un-plug the heater from the outlet. Allow it to cool down before cleaning. Clean the body of the heater by wiping with a dry or slightly wet cloth and buff with a dry cloth. Do not use any detergents or abrasives. Do not pour water or other liquids onto the device. Do not submerse any part in water! Do not allow the interior to get wet as this could create a hazard.

When the heater is not used for long periods of time, it should be protected from dust and stored in a clean, dry place. Store out of reach of children.
