Frequently Asked Questions - Alessandria Casablanca

How do I pair the wall control with the fan?
Restore power to the fan. Within 3 minutes, press and hold both the Fan Off button and the 4 button for at least 4 seconds. The fan will run at low speed to confirm pairing.
What should I do if the fan wobbles excessively?
Tighten all blade and blade iron screws until snug. Turn off power and check that the hanger ball is properly seated in the bracket. Use the provided balancing kit if needed.
Can I install this fan on a vaulted ceiling?
Yes. For ceilings angled up to 34°, use a longer downrod (sold separately). For angles greater than 34°, also purchase an Angled Mounting Kit (sold separately).
How do I change the light bulbs?
