What should I do if the heater emits a burning smell during first use?

This is normal during the first few minutes as the oil and components heat up. Ensure proper ventilation and do not cover the heater. The smell will disappear quickly.

How do I install the castors?

Turn the heater upside down. Fit the flat castor-holding components, insert the U-shaped metal parts through the radiator and into the flat components, then secure with the wing nuts. Ensure the heater is placed on a level, stable, heat-resistant surface.

How does the thermostat work?

Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase temperature. When the desired temperature is reached, slowly turn it counter-clockwise until the status lamp goes out. The heater will maintain the set temperature by switching on and off automatically.

What does the overturning protection do?

If the heater tips over or is tilted excessively, the safety switch automatically turns it off. Once placed back in an upright position, the heater resumes normal operation. This prevents accidents.

My heater turned off suddenly and won't turn on. What should I do?

This may be due to overheating protection. Disconnect from mains and let it cool down for about 30 minutes. Check for any obstructions blocking air flow. If it still doesn't work, inspect the cable and plug for damage. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

What is the minimum room size for using this heater?

The room should be at least 6 m². Do not use in very small, enclosed spaces.

Can I use this heater in the bathroom?

No, this heater is not suitable for humid areas like bathrooms, showers, or swimming pools. It must be used in dry environments only.

How close can the heater be to furniture or curtains?

Maintain a distance of at least 50 cm from sides and 1 m from the front hot air outlet. Keep textiles and flammable materials away to reduce fire risk.

How should I clean the heater?

Always disconnect from power and allow to cool. Clean the exterior with a damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use strong detergents or solvents. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from slots.

What should I do if there is an oil leak?

This device is for domestic use only. Do not use for any other purposes.

• The device should only be connected to an socket with values corresponding to the values on the rating label.
• It is necessary to check, if total current consumption of all devices plugged into the wall outlet does not exceed the fuse in the circuit.
• If you are using an extension cord, make sure that the total power consumption of the equipment plugged into the extension cord does not exceed the extension cord power rating. Extension cords should be arranged in such a way as to avoid tripping hazards. Do not let cord hang over edge of counter, or touch any hot surface.
• The device is not designed to be controlled via an external timer, separate remote control, or other equipment that can turn the device on automatically.
• Before maintenance work always disconnect the unit from the power supply.
• When unplugging the power cord from electrical outlet, hold it by the plug only and remove the plug carefully. Never pull the cable as it may cause damage to the plug or power cord. Damage to the power cord or plug can lead to an electrocution hazard.

1. This radiator is filled with a specific amount of special oil. Repairs requiring the opening of the oil tank may only be performed by the manufacturer or its service agent. Please contact the agent in the event of an oil leak.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

Fix the castors to the bottom part of the radiator according to the diagram in the Figure.

1. Turn the radiator upside down.
2. Fit the flat components holding the castors
3. Put the "U"-shaped metal part through the radiator and insert its ends into the flat component. Screw down with the wing nuts.
4. Place the radiator on a level, stable, and heat-resistant surface.

USING THE APPLIANCE

1. Make sure that the appliance's power switch is set to the "0" position, and the thermostat is set to the minimum value. Connect the plug to the power source.

2. Set the switch from the "0" position to "●" (minimum heating power), "●●" (medium heating power), or "●●●" (maximum heating power).

3. Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the maximum position. When the room temperature rises to a comfortable level, slowly rotate the thermostat counter-clockwise until the status lamp goes out. Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase the required temperature. In order to decrease the temperature, turn the knob counter-clockwise. The radiator will try to maintain the set room temperature by switching on and off.

4. To switch off the radiator, set the power switch to the "0" position and the thermostat knob to the minimum position. Disconnect the product from the mains.

Overturning protection

The radiator is protected by a safety switch, which automatically switches off the appliance if the heater overturns, or is at too acute an angle to the horizontal. This helps prevent accidents, and the radiator will resume its operation when it is put back on.

Overheating protection

The radiator is protected with overheating protection which automatically switches off the appliance if it intensely overheats. In that event, disconnect the appliance from the mains, wait approx. 30 minutes for the radiator to cool down, and rectify any possible cause of the overheating, e.g., something covering the radiator. Check the appliance, cable, and plug for damage. If no damage is observed, reconnect the appliance and switch it on, according to the manual. If the radiator does not switch on, contact the customer service for assistance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

During use, clean the appliance regularly according to the following instructions.

1. Disconnect the appliance from the power source, and let it cool down before cleaning.
2. Gently clean the appliance's external surface and control panel with a damp and lint-free cloth.
3. If there is dust in the appliance's slots, it is recommended to blow it out with a vacuum cleaner or blower.
4. Do not use strong detergents, chemical cleaners, or solvents.
