How do I clean the PRIME3 SFH11 heater?

Always unplug the heater and let it cool down. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the exterior. For the air intake, you can use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment. Never use water or chemicals.

Why does my heater turn off unexpectedly?

The heater has overheat protection and a tip-over switch. If it turns off, ensure it's on a stable surface and not blocked. Also check the thermostat setting; it may have reached the set temperature.

Can I use the heater in a bathroom?

The SFH11 is not designed for wet rooms. Keep it away from water and moisture. For bathroom use, consider a model with IP24 rating.

How do I set the timer?

Press the timer button repeatedly to set the desired hours (1-12). The indicator will show the selected time. After setting, the heater will operate for that duration and then automatically shut off.

Does the heater come with a remote control?

Yes, a remote control is included. Use it to turn the heater on/off, adjust temperature, and set timer. Requires 2 AAA batteries (not included).

Why is the heater making a clicking noise?

Clicking sounds are normal when the thermostat or heating elements turn on/off. If you hear persistent rattling, check for loose parts or debris in the fan.

What is the maximum room size for this heater?

The SFH11 is suitable for rooms up to 25 m² (approximately 270 sq ft) when used with proper insulation.

How do I replace the filter?

The filter is located at the back of the unit. Remove the filter cover, take out the old filter, and insert a new one (model PRIME3-FILTER). Clean the filter every month and replace every 6 months.

My remote is not working. What should I do?

First, check if batteries are installed correctly and have power. Ensure the remote sensor on the heater is not blocked. Try resetting the heater by unplugging for 30 seconds.

Can I leave the heater on overnight?

It is safe to leave on with the timer set, but always ensure the heater is on a stable surface, away from flammable materials, and not covered. Use timer function to limit operation.

• This device is for domestic use only. Do not use for any other purposes.
• The device should only be connected to an socket with values corresponding to the values on the rating label.
• It is necessary to check, if total current consumption of all devices plugged into the wall outlet does not exceed the fuse in the circuit.
• If you are using an extension cord, make sure that the total power consumption of the equipment plugged into the extension cord does not exceed the extension cord power rating. Extension cords should be arranged in such a way as to avoid tripping hazards. Do not let cord hang over edge of counter, or touch any hot surface.
• The device is not designed to be controlled via an external timer, separate remote control, or other equipment that can turn the device on automatically.
• Before maintenance work always disconnect the unit from the power supply.
• When unplugging the power cord from electrical outlet, hold it by the plug only and remove the plug carefully. Never pull the cable as it may cause damage to the plug or power cord. Damage to the power cord or plug can lead to an electrocution hazard.
• Never leave the product connected to the power source without supervision.
• Never put the power cable, the plug or the whole device into the water or any other liquids. The device should be cleaned regularly complying with the recommendations described in the section on cleaning and maintenance.

SAFETY FEATURES

In case of overheating, thermostat will turn off the device. Unplug the heater and wait until it cools down. Find the cause of overheating. Heater can be plugged in and switched back on after cooling down.

Use

Fan heater has 3 settings:

1. Cool blow (only fan is operating)

2. 1000W (medium heat)

3. 2000W (maximum heat)

Thermostat allows adjusting the temperature of heating. Fan heater will maintain the chosen temperature.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the heater make sure that it has been switched off, unplugged from the power socket. Make sure the device has cooled down sufficiently.

Air inlets and outlets should be free of dust. Clean with dump cloth and wipe dry.
