How do I light the gas burners?

Push the corresponding knob and turn it counter-clockwise to the maximum flame symbol. For models with gas safety system, press and hold the knob for 5-10 seconds after ignition. Always ensure the burner caps are correctly positioned.

What size pans can I use on the hob?

Use cookware with diameters within the recommended ranges: Rapid burner: 22-26 cm; Semi-rapid: 18-22 cm; Auxiliary: 12-18 cm.

Can I convert the cooker from LPG to natural gas?

Yes, the cooker can be converted. You will need to change the nozzles according to the gas type and adjust the reduced flame settings. Refer to the manual for specific nozzle sizes and adjustment turns.

How do I clean the oven?

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, sharp scrapers, or steam cleaners. The oven door can be removed for easier cleaning. After cleaning, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Why won't the gas burner ignite?

Check that the main gas valve is on, the gas bottle is not empty (for LPG), the hose is not bent, and the burner injectors are not clogged. Also ensure the spark ignition is working and the electrical supply is on.

Is the cooker safe to use with children around?

The cooker becomes hot during use. Children under 8 years old should be kept away unless continuously supervised. Use oven mitts and do not leave children unattended. The appliance has a flame failure device for safety.

How do I secure the cooker to prevent tipping?

Use the supplied anti-tilt chain and hooked screw. Screw the hook into the wall at the appropriate height and attach the chain to the back of the cooker. This prevents the cooker from tipping over.

What does the flame failure safety device do?

If the flame goes out accidentally, the safety device automatically cuts off the gas supply to prevent gas leakage. This is a standard safety feature on modern gas cookers.

Can I use the cooker for room heating?

No, the cooker is intended for cooking purposes only. Using it to heat a room is dangerous and may cause fire or carbon monoxide poisoning. Ensure the kitchen is well ventilated.

What maintenance is required?

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.

INSTALLATION

GAS CONNECTION

CAUTION: THE STOVE MUST ONLY BE INSTALLED IN A PERMANENTLY VENTILATED ROOM IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.

This stove is not connected to a combustion products evacuation device. It must be installed and connected in accordance with current installation regulations. Particular attention must be paid to the relevant requirements regarding ventilation.

The use of a gas stove produces heat and moisture in the room in which the appliance is installed. Ensure that the kitchen is well ventilated: keep naturel ventilation holes open or install a mechanical ventilation device (mechanical extractor hood).

Prolonged intensive use of the stove may call for additional ventilation, for example opening of a window, or more effective ventilation, like increasing the level of mechanical ventilation where present.

Connection and Security:

1. Prior to installation, ensure that the local distribution conditions (nature of the gas and gas pressure) and the stove specifications are compatible.

2. The stove specifications are stated on the label (or data plate).

3. This stove is not connected to a combustion products evacuation device. It must be installed and connected in accordance with current installation regulations. Particular attention must be paid to the relevant requirements regarding ventilation.

4. Fit the clamp to the hose. Push one of the hose until it goes to the end of the pipe.

5. For the sealing control, ensure the control buttons in the control panel are closed, but the gas cylinder is open. Apply some soap bubbles to the connection - if there is any gas leakage, soap bubbles will form.

6. The stove should be placed in a well ventilated place and should be installed on flat ground surface.

7. Re-inspect the gas connection.

8. When placing your stove on its location, ensure that it is at the counter level. Bring it to the counter level by adjusting the feet if necessary.

9. Do not pass your stove's gas hose and electrical cable through heated areas, especially behind the stove. Do not move the gas connected stove. Given that any force applied shall loosen the hose, gas leakage may occur.

10. Please use a flexible hose for the gas connection.

11. Connect your stove to an LPG in the shortest way possible and without any leakage. The min. length is 40 cm and max. is 125 cm.

12. When checking for gas leakages, never use a flame like a lighter, matches, cigarettes or similar.

USAGE

Before using the stove, remove all flammable tapes, Styrofoam or any other packaging materials. Also remove the user manual and other flammable materials from inside of stove.

Using the stove's gas burners:

1. The knob frame or the command panel use a flame symbol to indicate which burner corresponds with which knob.

Push forward and turn the corresponding knob in a counter-clockwise direction to the max. (+) symbol. To turn off the burner, turn the corresponding knobs clockwise until it stops.

1. If your stove is equipped with gas burners, an appropriate knob should be used in order to ignite the burners.
2. In models with a Gas Security System, when the stove flame is extinguished, a control valve cuts off the gas automatically. To operate the gas burners with a gas security system, press the knob and turn it counter-clockwise. After ignition, wait nearly 5-10 second for gas security systems to activate. If the burner is extinguished for any reason, close the gas control valve and wait a minimum of one minute before trying again.

Before operating your hob please make sure that the burner caps are well positioned. The right placement of the burner caps are shown below.

• When you start to operate oven burners, please do not close the oven door and wait 3 minutes with it open.
• If your stove has a thermostat, the mentioned control knob should be positioned to the desired temperature value (optional).

Nozzle change operation for stovetop gas burners:

1. Start by closing all gas supply to the stove. Use a driver with a special head to remove and install the nozzle.

Nozzle change operation for oven burners:

Remove the stove's back cover and remove the nozzle fixing body from the burner. Then, remove the nozzle from the injector body with a special nozzle driver used to change nozzles. After changing it, close the nozzle hole by hand, open gas valve and check for gas leakage using soap on the nozzle-body connection surface. Then, re-install the nozzle body on the burner using screws.

Reduced Flame Adjustment:

In order to adjust your stove to the gas type, carefully adjust for a reduced flame by turning the middle screw or the one near the gas valve, as well as nozzle changes, using a small screwdriver.

2.3. Maintenance

1. While the oven is operating or shortly after it starts operating, it will be extremely hot. Avoid touching its heating elements.
2. Never clean its interior, panel, lid, trays and all other oven parts using tools like hard brushes, a cleaning mesh or a knife. Do not use abrasive, scratching agents and detergents.
3. After cleaning the interior of the oven with a soapy cloth, rinse it and then dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth.
4. Clean the glass surfaces with a special glass cleaning agent.
5. Do not clean the oven with steam cleaners.
6. Before opening the oven's top lid, clean any spilled liquid from the lid. Before closing the lid, ensure that the stove table is cooled enough.
7. Never use flammable agents like acid, thinner and gasoline when cleaning your oven.
8. Do not wash any part of your oven in dishwasher.

2.4. Troubleshooting

Gas equipment

The gas burner does not spark ignition.	There is no any current.	Check the general fuse box and correct if there are any thrown breakers.
	The main gas valve is turned off.	Turn on the main gas valve.
	The gas hose is bent.	Connect the gas hose out properly.
No gas comes from the gas burner	The burner injectors are clogged.	Clean the injectors.
	The gas hose is bent.	Connect the gas hose properly.
Uneven flame / No flame	The burner injectors are clogged.	Clean the injectors.
	The burners might be wet.	Dry the burner parts carefully.
	The burner caps might not be placed correctly.	Make sure the caps and the burners are placed correctly.
	The main gas valve is turned off.	Turn on the main gas valve.
	The gas bottle is empty (LPG is used).	Replace with new bottle.

If the problem is not solved, call the manufacturer, its services agent or a similar qualified persons.

Do not try to repair any appliance parts by yourself.
