Fit the mandolin lid onto the container. Insert the desired accessory by aligning its pins with the holes in the lid and pressing down until flush. Place the food holder on the lid, lock the catches, add food, put the lid on, and slide back and forth.

How do I use the chopper/dicer lid?

Fit the lid onto the container and insert either the chopping or dicing accessory. Place the food on the accessory and chop/dice by pushing down on the lid.

Can I wash the accessories in the dishwasher?

The manual recommends hand washing only with mild detergents. Do not use solvents or corrosive chemicals, and avoid dishwasher to prevent damage.

How do I clean the chopper/dicer lid effectively?

Use the provided clean-out tool to remove food residue from the inside face of the lid. The lid can also be disassembled by pressing in the catches for thorough cleaning.

Operating instructions

Using the mandolin lid

1. Fit the mandolin lid onto the container.

1. Insert the accessory of your choice. Align the pins in the accessory with the holes in the lid and press down until the accessory is flush with the lid.

1. Pull out the catches on the sides of the food holder, place the food holder onto the lid and slide the catches back in.

2. Place the food to be grated/sliced into the food holder, put the lid on the food holder and slide the holder back and forth.

3. Detach the food holder from the lid by pulling out the catches.

Using the chopper/dicer lid

1. Fit the lid onto the container and insert either the chopping accessory or the dicing accessory.

1. Place the food to be chopped/diced onto the accessory.
2. Chop/dice the food by pushing down on the lid.

Care and maintenance

• Discolouration from carrots, tomatoes, etc., can be removed using vegetable oil.
• Always wash the multi-chopper/mandolin after use. Only use mild detergents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Use the provided comb tool to clean the inside face of the chopper lid.
• If necessary the chopper/dicer lid can be disassembled by pressing in the catches. The two halves can then be pulled apart.
