Read the instructions carefully before using the appliance. Please keep this manual safe for future reference.

BEFORE USE

Before connecting the unit, make sure that the voltage indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance. The rating label is on the product.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

- Place the product on a flat and stable surface near an electrical outlet but away from any source of water.

• The worktop must be heat-resistant and dry.

- The sides of the appliance may become hot during use, so it is recommended to leave a distance of at least 5 cm to the sides of the appliance.

- Make sure the power cord does not come into contact with any part of the appliance. Keep the product and its power cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.

- Never leave the cord hanging from a surface where a child could grab it. Keep the product

- Do not attempt to move the cooking hot plates until it is fully cooled down.

- Make sure the cookware is properly positioned in the center of the plate and that the handles of the pots are securely positioned.

- Pay special attention when using oil or other fats for

cooking. Pay close attention by ensuring that you do not overheat foods during cooking.

HOW TO USE

• Place the product on a flat and stable surface near an electrical outlet.
• Once the product is properly positioned, make sure the controller is in position 0.
• During the first use, the oven may emit a slight smoke that will dampen until it disappears within 5-10 minutes. This is quite normal.
• Before operating the appliance, make sure that there is no trace of water or food on the heating element.
  • The hot plate is now ready for use

SUGGESTIONS

• Always use flat-bottomed containers /pot so that they can adhere well to the plates.
- The electric plate has several temperature settings. It is advisable to use the 0 to 3 settings for slow cooking or delicate food heating; the temperature settings from 4 to MAX are instead indicated for boiling.
- Once the cooking is completed, the plates will retain a certain degree of heat even after setting the thermostat knob to position 0. You can then keep some hot foods for a short time.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before proceeding with any cleaning or maintenance operation, make sure to disconnect the plug from the mains and let the product to cool completely down.

Never immerse the product in water or other liquids.

All surfaces can be easily cleaned using a soft cloth dampened with water. For difficult stains, we recommend using a non-aggressive cream cleanser.

Do not use aggressive or abrasive detergents.

The steel at the base of the product can be cleaned using a special detergent. To facilitate cleaning, it is recommended to first remove any residual food with a damp cloth while the cooking plate is still lukewarm.
