How do I pair my Bluetooth device with the BT30LED speaker?

Switch the speaker to Bluetooth mode (blue LED flashing). On your device, enable Bluetooth, search for available devices, and select "BP BT30LED". If prompted for a PIN, enter 0000. The blue LED will become steady once paired.

My speaker won't turn on. What should I do?

First, charge the speaker using the supplied USB cable with a 5V/1A or higher USB charger. If it still doesn't power on, try a different charger or contact service.

How long does it take to charge the battery fully?

Charging takes approximately 3 hours with a 5V/1A charger. The red LED turns off when fully charged.

Can I use the speaker while it is charging?

Yes, you can play music during charging. However, charging current below 1A may cause noise; remove and reconnect the charger if needed.

Why is there no sound or intermittent sound in Bluetooth mode?

Turn off Bluetooth on your device and the speaker, then re-pair. Also, make sure the devices are within 10 meters and there are no obstructions.

How do I use the FM radio?

Switch to FM mode. Short press the play/pause button to auto-scan and save stations (up to 50). Use previous/next buttons to select stations. For better reception, plug in the audio cable as an external antenna or move near a window.

What file format and maximum capacity does the MicroSD/USB support?

The speaker supports MP3 audio format. MicroSD and USB devices up to 32GB are supported. Not all cards may work due to brand differences.

How do I change the LED lighting effects?

In any playback mode, press and hold the play/pause button for 2 seconds to cycle through 8 different lighting effects and the off mode.

Can I connect external audio sources via AUX?

Yes, use the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to connect the speaker's AUX IN jack to your device's headphone or line-out. Switch to AUX mode. Volume can be adjusted on both the speaker and the external device.

What should I do if the MicroSD card is not detected?

Ensure the card is inserted correctly and formatted with MP3 files. The speaker only reads MP3 format. If the issue persists, try a different card (max 32GB).

Battery charging

This unit had built-in rechargeable lithium battery inside. Before start the playing, please follow up below step for charging.

1. Using the supplied USB to microUSB type charging cable connects the speaker with your USB charger (USB adaptor or USB output port like on PC, USB rating output: 5V/1A, other USB charger with current equal or above 1A). The microUSB connector should connect with the DC 5V power jack of speaker, and the another terminal connect with USB charger. Then plug your USB charger into the household AC power.
2. The charging LED will light on in red color during charging, and the red color LED will off when the battery is fully charged.
3. The speaker will off automatically when the battery power exhausted, please arrange recharge for playing.
4. The output sound may intermittent due to lower power. This is not malfunction. Please arrange it for recharging.

Important: We recommend connect the USB charger with rating output spec at DC 5V/1A, or equal or above 1A output current USB power. The general USB output on PC (personal computer) is 5V/1A (please reference your PC spec for checking). There may have some charging noise or abnormal function from speaker if the charging current is too low. If it happened, please remove the charging power and put the speaker in a while, then the speaker will reset the function in normal. Please kindly note this is not malfunction.

Notes:

Your battery lifetime will last longer if you follow up below simple guidelines for charging and storing. a. For charging first time, charge it at least 10 hours. b. Recharge and store the unit within the temperature range of 5°C\~35°C (40°F\~95°F). c. Do not charge longer than 24 hours. Excessive charging or discharging may shorten the battery's life. d. Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time. e. Please turn off the speaker if long time not to use. f. The speaker can play music during charging. g. Due to prolong charging and discharging, the unit battery life will be affected and playback time will also be shortened. We cannot guarantee the same playback consistently throughout and this is not include in our warranty and service.

Bluetooth operation

The speaker includes a Bluetooth function that allows you to wirelessly play audio from other Bluetooth devices such as smartphones. Follow the steps below for operation.

1. Switch to Bluetooth mode; the blue LED will flash, indicating that the speaker is ready to pair with another device.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device and search for available Bluetooth devices (refer to your device's manual for instructions).
3. From the list of available devices on your device, select "BP BT30LED" to start pairing. If a password is required, enter "0000" (four zeros). The blue LED will become steady when pairing is successful.
4. Select and play music on your Bluetooth device. The sound will then output from the speaker.
5. During Bluetooth playback, you can short press the play/pause button to play or pause the music; short press the previous/next button to select the previous or next track.

Notes:

a. Due to differences in design and brand, not all Bluetooth devices are guaranteed to pair successfully.

b. During hands-free phone calls, do not place your cell phone very close to the speaker to avoid interference that may affect call sound quality.

c. The optimal Bluetooth working distance is within 10 meters without obstacles in between.

FM radio operation

Before listening to the radio, try to move the unit near a window, or plug in the audio cable as an external antenna (optional) to improve reception.

Station scanning: Switch to FM radio mode, then short press the play/pause button to auto-scan and save available FM stations (up to 50 presets). Short press the previous/next button to select the previous or next preset station; press and hold the previous/next button to decrease or increase the volume.

Tip: Fluorescent lamps (including LED) may cause interference with radio reception. Try turning off the lights and rescanning stations. You can also plug in the audio cable as an external antenna for better reception.

TF/MicroSD card & USB playback

Please copy the MP3 format music into the TF or MicroSD card device (max supported 32GB) before starting playback, and then insert the card into the slot on the rear panel of the unit. Power on and switch to the MicroSD playback mode; the speaker will read out the card device automatically, and get the music output after a few seconds.

In TF/MicroSD card playback mode, short press the previous/next button to select the last or next track; press and hold the previous/next button to decrease or increase the volume. Short press the play/pause button to play or pause the music. Notes:

a. The TF/MicroSD card playback mode is only available when there is a card device installed on the speaker successfully.

b. The supported audio format is MP3 in TF/MicroSD playback mode, but not all mentioned audio files are guaranteed.

c. Not all TF/MicroSD card devices are supported due to different designs and brands; the max supported storage is 32GB.

d. Please kindly insert the TF or MicroSD card into the slot properly.

e. The operation of USB playback function is the same.

AUX IN/MP3 link mode

Using the supplied 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable, connect the AUX IN jack of the unit with the line out or headphone jack on any other external audio player like an MP3 player, etc. Power on and switch to AUX IN playback mode; select and play the music from your external audio player, then the sound will output from the speaker.

Notes:

a. In AUX IN mode, the main control is on your external audio player side. But you can still increase or decrease the volume on the speaker side.

b. Please kindly note that the AUX IN mode is only available when the audio cable is plugged in.

LED lighting adjustment: in playing mode, long press the play/pause button (2 seconds) can switch the LED lighting effect (8 types and off mode).

Trouble shooting

1. The unit cannot power on.

a. Please charge the unit and try again.

b. Please contact the service center in case of issue remains.

2. There is no or intermittent sound output in Bluetooth mode.

a. Please turn off Bluetooth and pair it again with the speaker.

b. Please bring your Bluetooth device closer to the speaker.

1. No available FM station or background noise in FM.

a. Please plug in the 3.5mm stereo audio cable and re-scan for available FM stations.

b. Please tune to another FM station for listening.

c. Please try moving the unit near a window to get better reception.

1. The speaker cannot read music from the TF or microSD card.
