  • Do not operate the product if it is dropped, damaged or showing signs of product malfunction.
  • Do not operate the product with a damaged plug or cord. Return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection, refund or replacement.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, the cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid hazard.
  • Do not immerse or expose the product or flexible cord to rain, moisture or any other liquid.
  • Switch off and unplug from outlet when the product is not in use and before cleaning the unit.

  • To avoid personal injuries or property damage, do not insert any body parts (e.g. finder) or objects through the air inlet or outlet openings when the heater is operating.

  • This product is intended for normal domestic/household use only.
  • Always disconnect the heater when moving it from one location to another.
  • The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the product distributor may cause personal or property hazards or injuries.
  • The surfaces of the heater are very hot during operation. Avoid contact with the wind outlet. Use handles and knobs if necessary.
  • Do not twist or wrap the power cord around the appliance as this may cause the insulation to weaken and split, particularly where it enters the unit.
  • Use of an extension cord is not recommended. However, if it is absolutely necessary ensure the cord is short as possible (long cords coiled up can overheat and cause tripping accidents).
  • Do not use the appliance on the same socket or electric circuit with other electrical appliances so as to prevent the circuit from being overloaded, which will cause fire. Please do not prolong the power cords by yourself or use movable socket.
  • Ensure the cord is fully extended before use and accommodate it so that it is not in touch with any part of the heater.
  • Do not use the heater in areas such as garages where petrol or other flammable substances are used or stored. Do not use the heater when flammable sprays, solvents and glues are in use.
  • Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, clothes and curtains at least 50cm from sides of heater.
  • Ensure heater is not blocked and there are spacing of at least 50cm around its sides and 120cm from the front or heat outlet.
  • Avoid touching the heater body whilst the heater is on. Do not move the appliance while it is functioning in order to avoid overheating with the additional risk of fire.
  • Switch off and unplug from outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. Remove by grasping the plug - do not pull on the cord.
  • Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
  • Do not leave the appliance unattended when switched on.
  • Do not leave your home while the appliance is in function: ensure that the switch is in OFF (0) position and the thermostat is in minimum position. Always unplug the appliance.
    • Always use the heater in an upright position.
  • Do not use the heater to dry your laundry. Never obstruct the intake and outlet grilles (danger of overheating).
  • When the appliance is used in portable version, do not place it up against the walls, furniture, curtains, etc.
  • This appliance comes with a Y-type connection. Replacement of the feed cable must be entrusted with a technician only, because such work required special tools.
  • The appliance must not be positioned directly underneath a fixed power point.
  • Do not use the appliance while it is cooling down, in order to avoid overheating with the attendant risk of fire.
  • Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 4m^2 area.

  • The heater is fitted with a safety device which will switch off the heater in case of accidental overheating (e.g. Obstruction of air intake and outlet grilles, motor turning slowly or not at all).

  • To reset, disconnect the plug from the power for a few minutes, remove the cause of overheating then plug the appliance in again.

INSTALLATION & LOCATION

The appliance requires no installation; it should be used solely as a portable appliance.

NOTE: Portable appliances are not suitable for use in a bathroom. The Appliance should be placed with a minimum distance of 1 metre away from flammable objects (e.g. curtains), walls or other structures.

OPERATION OF THIS PRODUCT

  1. Before inserting the plug into an electrical outlet, make sure that the electrical supply in your area matches that on the rating label on the unit.
  2. Carefully remove the heater from the plastic bag and the carton.
  3. Place the heater on a flat, smooth and firm surface.
  4. Setting the master button to 'OFF'. Plug the cord set into a 220-240Vac electrical outlet. Turning the master button 'On' position.
  5. Turn the heater 'ON' by pressing the 'ON/OFF' main button at the back side of the heater. The unit will display the current room temperature.

  6. Press the "button, and the unit will blow the cold air.

  7. Upon pressing the “+” button, start by setting the suitable temperature (from low to high temperature you can set until to 35^ C). When the set temperature is higher than room temperature, the unit will start one heat setting, and at this time one of the “☐” will light up. If continue pressing “+” the set temperature will be even higher. The unit will start totally 2 heat settings. At this time the 2 “☐” will light up.

Oscillation Button

This appliance also has an oscillation function. To switch the function on, the "☐" switch. To stop it, press the swing switch again.

Timer Function

This function will work in any mode. The timer function allows you to set the length of operation from 1 hour to 8 hours. Pressing the Timer button increase the length of operation by 1 hour each time the button is pressed. Once the timer has been set, the timer will count down the hours and minutes, showing the remaining operating time until the heater will turn itself off completely. Pressing the timer button once more after the display reflects 8 hours will reset the heater to continuously running.

Thermostat Instructions

  1. To adjust temperature, press the “+” to increase the desired temperature and “−” to decrease the desired temperature
  2. When the air temperature reaches 3 degrees above the set temperature, the heater will cut off
  3. When the air temperature drops 1 degree below the set temperature, the unit will come back on.
  4. Temperature can setting from 15 degrees to 35 degrees.

Remote control

  1. Remote control, please use Lithium battery CR2025 3V.
  2. The remote control power button is labelled as such.
  3. All the functions performed with the remote control work identically to the manual controls.

OVERHEATING SAFETY DEVICE

To prevent damage and risks due to overheating, the built-in overheating safety device cuts off the power as soon as the heating elements become too hot.

  • If this should happen first ensure that it was not the thermostat which has switched off the heater. Set the thermostat to maximum position.
  • If the heater does not switch on, the safety device has been activated.
  • Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
  • Let the heater cool down for 15-30 minutes.
  • Check if the heater had been placed correctly. Check if anything is obstructing the air flow. If necessary, clean the grilles with a vacuum cleaner. Replace the plug into the wall socket and switch the heater on again.
  • If the safety device again switches off the heater, remove the mains plug from the wall socket and have the heater inspected by the manufacturer.

CLEANING

The heater requires regular cleaning to ensure trouble free operation:

  • Unplug the heater from the mains supply before cleaning.
  • Ensure that the heater has been allowed to cool before cleaning.
  • Use a damp cloth (not wet) to wipe the exterior of the heater to remove dust and dirt.
  • Do not allow any water or other liquid to enter the housing or control panel.
  • Ensure the heater is dry before plugging back into the mains supply.

CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface finish of the heater.

WARNING - Fabric, clothing or other flammable materials may ignite if placed against or in close proximity to the heater. No flammable materials should be placed within 120cm of the front or heat outlet and 50cm of sides or rear of the heater. Do not cover the heater. This appliance is for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
