How do I install the Livarno Lux under-cabinet light?

Attach the installation frame to the underside of the cabinet using the included screws. Then slide the light base onto the frame. Plug the power supply into the light and then into a socket.

How does the motion sensor work?

The motion sensor detects hand movement within about 6 cm. Simply wave your hand in front of the sensor to turn the light on or off. Reflective objects nearby may affect function.

Can I replace the LEDs if they burn out?

No, the LEDs are non-replaceable. The entire light unit must be replaced if the LEDs fail.

What power supply should I use?

Only use the included power supply (model SA/6PA/12FEU120050) to avoid damage and safety hazards.

Can I use this light outdoors?

No, this under-cabinet light is designed for indoor use only. It is not weatherproof.

How should I clean the light?

Unplug the power supply and let the light cool for at least 10 minutes. Wipe with a lint-free, slightly damp cloth and mild cleaning agent. Never immerse in water.

■ Only use the under-cupboard light with the power supply included, model SA/6PA/12FEU120050.
■ Prior to installation, verify the available mains voltage matches the required operating voltage of the power supply (100–240 V\~ 50 Hz). Otherwise do not install the light bulb.
- Plug the power supply into an easy to reach socket. In an emergency, the light and power supply can only be disconnected from the mains by unplugging the power supply from the socket.

- Installation

☐ Hold the installation frame 1 where you wish to install it and mark the installation holes.
☐ Pre-drill the installation holes with a drill bit ( 2 mm) and secure the installation frame with the included screws 2 (Fig. A).

Note: The included screws are intended for installation to wood or comparable materials. Please use suitable installation materials from a speciality retailer to mount to other materials.

☐ Slide the light base 3 onto the installation frame (Fig. B).

☐ Plug the low voltage plug 7 of the power supply 8 into the low voltage jack 6 on the light (Fig. C).
☐ Plug the power supply into a properly installed socket.

Your under-cupboard light is now ready to use.

Operation

With the motion sensor 5 you can turn the under-cupboard light set on and off without touching:

☐ Move your hand about 6 cm in front of the sensor. The light switches on or off.

Note: Reflective objects near the motion sensor may impair this function.

Note: The lamp holder 4 can be turned approx. 270° around the installation axis (Fig. D).

- Cleaning and Care

■ Unplug the power supply 8 from the socket before cleaning and allow the lamp to cool down at least 10 minutes.

■ Never immerse the product in water or other liquids. Otherwise the product can be damaged.
