Precautions
Points to observe for safe usage
Read this manual carefully before using this item and its components. They contain instructions on how to use this product in a safe and effective manner. Caliber Europe BV cannot be responsible for problems resulting from failure to observe the instructions in this manual.
Turn off the device immediately in case of a problem.
Failure to do so may cause personal injury or damage to the product. Return it to your authorized Caliber Europe BV dealer for repairing.
Product cleaning.
Use a soft dry cloth for periodic cleaning of the product. For more severe stains, please dampen the cloth with water only. Anything else has the chance of dissolving the paint or damaging the plastic.
Temperature.
Ensure that the ambient temperature is between 0°C and +45°C before turning on the device.

Maintenance.
If you have problems, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Return it to your Caliber Europe BV dealer for servicing.

Placement.
Place the product on a flat surface. Provide enough space around the product for sufficient ventilation.

Usage.
Keep the product away from humidity and/or water (or other liquid). Do not locate the appliance in the vicinity of a heat surface or in direct sunlight.

Voltage.
Check the main voltage indicated on the adapter/product rating label in accordance to the local electricity supply, if it doesn't, return the product to the store where you bought it.

Plug.
Remove the plug from the outlet, when the product is unused for a long period of time and during thunderstorms.

Accessories.
Use only supplied accessories.
The HSB 602BT set contains:
• one active speaker (L)
• one passive speaker (R)
• 1.8m power cord with europlug
• 3.5m speaker cable

• ON: Switch [ON/OFF] button (5) to ON
• OFF: Switch [ON/OFF] button (5) to OFF
Installation
The speakers come with wall mounting brackets and through ball joint can be properly adjustable afterwards (use the provided hex key to lose/fasten the joint).
For wall or ceiling installation, make sure the surface is solid and secure the bracket with 3 screws.
By installing the speakers outdoors or in a damp location, make sure the angle of the speaker is at least 30 degrees (see image). To prevent moisture ingress.

Connection
The active speaker is the left one of the stereo set. This speaker must be connected to a 120-240V wall outlet using the provided 1.8m power cord.
The passive speaker is the right one of the stereo set and must be connected to the active speaker (7) with the provide 3.5m speaker cable (or with a speaker cable with the same (mm ^2 ) specifications).

Bluetooth connection
- Turn ON the speaker, a voice will be heard.
• The speaker is automatically in Bluetooth mode. - Set your Bluetooth device to 'Search' using the devices' Bluetooth menu.
- Choose 'HSB602BT_CALIBER' from the list.
- When the devices are paired successfully, a voice will be heard and the Bluetooth indication LED will be ON.
- You're ready to start playing music on your device.
Note: To allow signal transmission, the Bluetooth signal source must support the A2DP profile.
AUX-IN:
For the optional wired connection you can connect an external device e.g. MP3/MP4 player to the line-in (9) of the active speaker (cable not included).
Note: that if you want to use an external device through the line-in you have to make sure no devices are connected by Bluetooth. A Bluetooth connection will always overrule the line-in input.
