How do I empty the dust reservoir?

To empty the dust reservoir, first unplug the vacuum cleaner. Remove the hose from the hose inlet. Press the dust reservoir removal button and take out the reservoir. Open the cover by pressing the cover locking button (PUSH) located under the reservoir and empty the contents. Ensure the cover is closed completely before reattaching.

How often should I clean the filters?

Clean the filters regularly to maintain performance. The washable metal cyclone filter and HEPA 13 filter should be cleaned when the dust bag indicator turns red or suction power decreases. Rinse them under running water and allow to dry completely before reinserting. The engine protector filter can also be washed.

What does the dust bag indicator light mean?

The dust bag indicator turns red or suction power decreases significantly when it's time to empty the dust reservoir. If the indicator remains red after emptying, check for clogs in the telescopic tube, hose, or nozzles, and ensure the motor protection filter or air outlet filter is not dirty.

Can I use the vacuum cleaner to pick up liquids?

No, never use the vacuum cleaner for cleaning outer space or wet surfaces. Do not let the appliance contact water or other liquids. It is designed for dry cleaning only.

How do I adjust the suction power?

Suction power can be adjusted electronically using the suction power adjustment button on the main body. Additionally, you can use the mechanical suction power adjustment slide on the soft touch handle for quick control while cleaning.

How do I use the turbo brush?

Attach the turbo brush to the telescopic tube. It has a rotating brush driven by airflow that effectively picks up fiber-like impurities from carpets and floor coverings. Do not keep the brush stationary on one spot for too long to avoid damaging the carpet. Clean the brush regularly from threads and hairs.

How do I rewind the power cord?

After use, unplug the vacuum cleaner, then press the cord rewinding button on the main body. Hold the plug to prevent it from hitting the body while the cord retracts automatically.

What accessories are included?

The vacuum cleaner comes with a turbo brush, carpet/floor brush adjustable for surfaces, narrow nozzle, small brush, and upholstery nozzle. These allow cleaning of various surfaces and hard-to-reach areas.

How do I replace the HEPA filter?

First, unplug the vacuum cleaner. Open the HEPA filter cover on the body, remove the old HEPA filter, and replace it with a new one. It is recommended to use original Arzum filters. The HEPA filter is washable, but if damaged or worn, replace it via an authorized service.

What should I do if suction power drops?

Check the dust reservoir and empty it if full. Clean the filters (metal cyclone, engine protector, HEPA). Inspect the telescopic tube, hose, and nozzles for blockages. If the indicator light remains red after cleaning, contact Arzum Authorized Service for assistance.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

• To prevent harming your appliance do not use extension cords that supply insufficient current.
• ALWAYS unplug your appliance from outlet when not in use and before putting in or taking off any accessories, and before cleaning and maintenance.
  · Do not leave your appliance in operating state when you do not use it and unplug it.

USE OF ACCESSORIES

How to mount / remove the hose:

Insert the hose into its socket located in the hose inlet of the nozzle. To remove the hose, press the button on the hose nozzle and pull towards yourself.

How to adjust Telescopic Tube:

Fit the telescopic tube onto the soft touch handle of hose. You can adjust the telescopic tube in such length you want, by pressing the button on the telescopic tube and by moving the metal tube inwards/outwards.

Turbo Brush

- Turbo brush has a rotary brush driven by air flowing in the nozzle casing. By the rotating brush the pieces is easily cleaned. The use of the rotary brush on the turbo head increases the effectiveness of picking up the fibre-like impurities from carpets and floor coverings.

- Do not keep the turbo head on the same spot for longer than necessary while vacuuming. Keep the turbo head moving across the carpet all the time otherwise you can damage the carpet.

- The brush roll or its suction canal may be blocked with small pieces of materials, if this happens turn your vacuum cleaner off and remove the impurities blocking the roll of suction canal.

- NEVER touch while the brush is rotating.

- Regularly cleaning the pieces of threads, strings, hairs etc. is increase the performance of the turbo head. For cleaning it, firstly turn your vacuum cleaner off and remove the turbo

Carpet / floor brush adjustable according to the kind of surface:

It is used for dry cleaning of both hard and soft surfaces. You can clean the hard surfaces with the brush placed outside, and the soft surfaces, such as carpets, etc. with the brush placed inside. Ensure inserting or removing the brush by pressing the button on the brush.

Tube with narrow nozzle:

- It is used for cleaning of especially unapproachable areas such as armchair corners, radiator intervals, wall borders and corners etc. narrow areas.

- You can use the small brush to clean areas that narrow nozzle cannot reach, such as furnitures, lamps, shelves and books.

Upholstery Nozzle:

In places where the narrow nozzle is not convenient to use, this part is used (for cleaning upholstery, cloths, beds, etc.)

Electronic setting of suctioning power:

You can increase or decrease the power by using the suction power adjustment button which is placed on the body.

Mechanical Suctioning Power Adjustment:

Using the air adjustment button located on the hose soft touch handle makes it easier for you to clean tulles, curtains, etc.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE

CAUTION: Before using your appliance, make sure that filters and dust reservoir are attached.

- Before using your appliance extend its mains cable to the proper length and plug in the wall socket. After the yellow tape

appears on the cord, the cord is in the most suitable length for use.

When red tape appears, NEVER force too much to pull out the cord.

· Operate your appliance by pressing on/off switch on the main body.
- Press on/off switch again in order to finish the cleaning process.
- After unplugging, press the cord rewinding button on the main body and then collect the cord.

CLEANING AND CARE

· Always turn off your appliance and unplug your mains cable from the wall socket before attempting any maintenance and care process.
- Clean body and interior section of your appliance with a wet cloth and then make sure that they are dried. Do not use abrasive substances or chemical solvents for cleaning your vacuum cleaner.

Removing and Emptying the Dust Reservoir

· In order to remove the dust reservoir, firstly eject the hose from hose inlet. By pushing the dust reservoir removal button, take the reservoir out.

• Ensure to open the cover by pressing cover locking button (PUSH) under the dust reservoir in order to empty any dust. Empty the reservoir.
• Make sure that cover is closed completely for further use.

Dust Bag Indicator

- Turning the indicator to red or decrease of suctioning power considerably indicates that the time for emptying the dust reservoir comes.

CAUTION: If the indicator light is still on even after emptying the dust reservoir, please check the following cases:

• Telescopic tube, hose, suctioning nozzle, or cleaning nozzles may be clogged.
• Motor protection filter or air outlet filter may get dirty.
• NEVER operate your vacuum cleaner unless indicator light turns to its normal position.

REPLACING THE FILTERS

• Before replacing the filters, be careful that your appliance is not plugged in the wall socket.
• Before attaching the filters, NEVER operate your vacuum cleaner.

Replacing HEPA Air Outlet Filter

- HEPA filter ensures better cleaning conditions for those suffering respiratory-track illness, children, and those suffering allergy. Hepa filter is a useful device with superior properties.

- Open Hepa filter cover. Remove the hepa filter from its socket on the body and then replace it.

Replacing Hepa Motor Protection Filter

- Remove the dust reservoir. Open the reservoir lid by pulling the latch on it. Open the lid underlying the engine protector filter. You can remove and wash the metal filter.
