2. Avoid temperature fluctuations

Please avoid leaving your watch in direct sunlight, at very warm or cold locations for long periods. This could cause the watch to go faster or slower.

3. Avoid damp environments

Do not use the buttons if the watch is wet or damp.

4. Avoid heavy impacts

This watch is able to withstand all impacts in normally occurring. However, you should avoid dropping your watch on the ground or exposing it to excessive shocks in other ways. Unproper treatment of your watch can suspend the waterresistance.

5. Avoid strong magnetic fields

Keep your watch out of the direct area of strong magnetic fields. In general however, the function of your watch is not impaired by the magnetic fields emitted by domestic appliances, TV sets or stereo equipment.

6. Avoid strong chemicals, solvents and gases

Do not wear your watch in the vicinity of strong chemicals, solvents or noxious gases. If your watch comes into contact with substances containing petrols, paint thinners, alcohols, cosmetic sprays, nail varnishes, nail varnish removers, adhesives, paints or paint strippers, this could impair the quality of or damage the case, strap, bracelet or other components of the watch.

7. Keep your watch clean

Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe off all traces of water and moisture on the case, glass, strap or bracelet. Dirt of any type on the case, strap or bracelet could result in slight skin rashes. A watch bracelet or strap accumulates slight dirt as the result of de posited perspiration and dust since it is constantly in contact with the skin. Even a stainless steel or gold-plated bracelet could start to corrode if it is not cleaned for long periods.

Woven straps may loose their special flexibility and become less attractive if they are soiled. They should therefore be washed from time to time. Metal bracelets should normally be washed with a brush in mild, soapy water and dried with a soft, absorbent cloth. After doing this, ensure that all water has been removed. Please ensure that no water penetrates the inside of the watch when you wash the strap or bracelet.

8. Periodic inspection

We advise you to have the watch inspected every 2 to 3 years in order to maintain it in perfect working order for many years. Be sure to keep parts out of reach of infants and small children. Should accidental ingestion occur, consult a doctor at once.
