Safety Instructions
Read all safety and operating instructions carefully and retain them for future reference.
General Instructions
- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use.
- Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges.
• Do not use the appliance with the wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. - For cleansing and storage, switch the appliance off and always pull out the plug from the socket if the appliance is not being used. Store attached accessories safely.
- Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you leave the room you should always turn the device off and remove the plug from the socket.
- The device and the mains lead have to be checked regularly for signs of damage. If damage is found the device must not be used.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have faulty cable be replaced only by the manufactures, by our customer service or by qualified person and with a cable of the same type.
- Use only original spare parts.
- In order to ensure your children's safe, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
Instructions on Use
- Mixer blades are sharp. Before replacement of accessories or additional parts which move during operation, the device must be switched off and cut off from the mains. Don't touch moving parts.
- Place the appliance on a firm and even surface, Set it up so that it cannot tip over.
- The machine should only be used under supervision.
- Do not carry or lift the appliance during operation, but turn it off first and then disconnect the mains plug.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 tears and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance
This appliance is only to be used as instructed in this user manual. The appliance is not intended for commercial use. Any other use shall be considered as not intended use and can lead to material damage or even personal injury. The manufacturer shall not be liable for damages caused by not intended use.

Initial Use / Operation
All parts of the device are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used. Take out the required lenght of cable from the cable storage on the base of the device. Connect to household mains supply.
- Mix ingredients in accordance with your recipe. Then open the upper housing by pressing the knob (4).

Place the mixing bowl on the device plate and turn it until it is fixed. Put the lid onto the bowl.

Fix the dough blade, the whisk or the mixer blade at the blade connector and rotate the connector anticlockwise until it engages firmly.

Press the upper housing down.

To turn the mixer on, turn the switch to the desired speed (1 - 6): Use 1 - 3 for kneading and 4 - 6 for mixing and whipping

Turn the device off by turning the switch back to 0.

Lift up the housing by pressing the switch (4).

You can now remove the mixing bowl.
Cleansing: Cleansing: Turn the switch to 0 and pull the plug. Let the machine cool down. For cleaning the housing, use a damp cloth and some mild detergent. Do never submerge the unit in water. The dough hook, whisk and mixing blade are not dishwasher safe. Clean with warm water and household cleanser. The bowl can be washed in the dishwasher. Do not use any abrasive detergents anyway.
