SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

- Be careful not to get burned by the steam.

- Never use the appliance if the ceramic mug shows any signs of cracks.

- Only use the cup with this appliance. Use carefully as the cup is fragile.

- Never use your coffee maker without water in it.

- Place the appliance on a table or flat surface.

- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

USING THE MACHINE FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. Before making coffee you should use the coffee maker once with water only (without coffee or filter paper).
2. Insert the plug into the socket.
3. Tip up the cover, fill the tank with one cup of cold water, tip down the cover in its original position.
4. Place the cup in the proper position.
5. Start the brewing process by pressing the On button.

FUNCTION

1. Tip up the cover and fill the tank one cup of fresh, clean water.
2. Ensure the water level must not exceed the max level mark inside the tank.
3. Put ground coffee after your liking into the permanent filter or proper paper filter before making coffee. Tip down the cover of the water container.
4. Ensure that the cup is placed properly in its position.
5. Press on the appliance and the lamp illuminates, to indicate the unit is on.
6. Turn off the appliance after the Machine stops dripping. Wait for 1 Minute then remove the cup from the coffee maker.
7. Remove the filter basket to prevent dripping on the machine.
8. Let the coffee maker rest for 5 minutes after each brewing process.
9. Always make sure to switch off the appliance after each use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Disconnect the appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance in water.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth only.
• Clean the cup in hot, soapy water with a soft sponge.
• Do not was in dishwasher.

DESCALING

To make sure that your coffee maker goes on producing perfect coffee, you will from time to time need to descale it. The frequency depends on the hardness and quality of the water in your area, and how often the coffee maker is used.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
