How do I load paper into the P-4020 MFP?

Open the paper tray, adjust the paper guides to the correct size, and load paper (A4, Letter, etc.) with the print side facing up. Close the tray and confirm the paper size on the control panel.

How do I replace the toner cartridge?

Open the front cover, remove the old toner cartridge, and insert a new Triumph-Adler compatible toner cartidge until it clicks. Close the cover and run a calibration if prompted.

How do I clear a paper jam?

Turn off the printer and open the front cover. Gently pull out any jammed paper from the roller area. Check the rear exit and duplex unit. Remove all fragments, then close the cover and power on.

How do I connect the printer to a network?

Connect an Ethernet cable from the printer to your router. On the control panel, go to Network Settings, enable TCP/IP, and set an IP address automatically via DHCP or manually. Install the driver on your computer.

How do I scan a document to email?

Place the document on the scanner glass or ADF. On the touchscreen, select Scan, then Email. Enter the recipient address, adjust settings, and press Start. The scanned file will be sent as an attachment.

What software is included with the P-4020 MFP?

The printer comes with a configuration tool for settings, a print driver, and a scanner utility. Some features require Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, which is included in the software package.

How do I enable quiet printing mode?
