How do I set the cooking timer?

Turn the Timer knob clockwise to the desired time. The microwave will start automatically. You can also press the Time Cook button on some models.

How do I use the defrost function?

Press the Defrost button, enter the weight of the food, and the microwave will automatically set the time and power level. Turn or stir food halfway through for even thawing.

Why is my microwave not heating?

The child lock prevents accidental operation by disabling the control panel. To activate, press and hold the Stop/Clear button for 3 seconds until a beep sounds. Repeat to deactivate.

How do I cancel or stop a cooking program?

Press the Stop/Clear button once to pause, and twice to cancel. You can also open the door to pause; close it and press Start to resume if desired.

What is the maximum cooking time I can set?

The maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds (99:99). For longer cooking, you may need to restart after the timer ends.

Why does the turntable not rotate?

Check if the turntable glass and rotating ring are correctly seated. Also ensure the drive coupling (under the glass) is aligned. If it still doesn't rotate, the motor may be faulty.

How do I install the turntable correctly?

Place the rotating ring in the depression on the cavity floor. Then center the glass turntable on the rotating ring, ensuring it fits onto the drive coupling. The turntable should rotate freely when pushed.

  ● The contents of feeding bottles and baby jars should be stirred or shaken and the temperature should be checked before serving in order to avoid burns.
• Cooking utensils may become hot because of heat transferred from the heated food. Potholders may be needed to handle the utensil.

INSTALLATION

● Make sure that all the packing materials are removed from the inside of the door.

WARNING:

Check the oven for any damage, such as misaligned or bent door, damaged door seals and sealing surface, broken or loose door hinges and latches and dents inside the cavity or on the door. If there is any damage, do not operate the oven and contact qualified service personnel.

● This microwave oven must be placed on a flat, stable surface to hold its weight and the heaviest food likely to be cooked in the oven.
- Do not place the oven where heat, moisture, or high humidity are generated, or near combustible materials.
- For correct operation, the oven must have sufficient airflow. Allow 20cm of space above the oven, 10cm at back and 5cm at both sides. Do not cover or block any openings on the appliance. Do not remove feet.
- Do not operate the oven without glass tray, roller support, and shaft in their proper positions.
● Make sure that the power supply cord is undamaged and does not run under the oven or over any hot or sharp surface.
● The socket must be readily accessible so that it can be easily unplugged in an emergency.

RADIO INTERFERENCE

Operation of the microwave oven can cause interference to your radio, TV, or similar equipment.

When there is interference, it may be reduced or eliminated by taking the following measures:

● Clean door and sealing surface of the oven.
● Reorient the receiving antenna of radio or television.
- Relocate the microwave oven with respect to the receiver.
- Move the microwave oven away from the receiver.
- Plug the microwave oven into a different outlet so that microwave oven and receiver are on different branch circuits.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

This appliance must be grounded. This oven is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. It must be plugged into a wall receptacle that is properly installed and grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only the oven be provided. Using a high voltage is dangerous and may result in a fire or other accident causing oven damage.

MICROWAVE COOKING PRINCIPLES

• Arrange food carefully. Place thickest areas towards outside of dish.
  ● Watch cooking time. Cook for the shortest amount of time indicated and add more as needed. Food severely overcooked can smoke or ignite.
  ● Cover foods while cooking. Covers prevent spattering and help foods to cook evenly.
• Turn foods over once during microwaving to speed cooking of such foods as chicken and hamburgers. Large items like roasts must be turned over at least once.
• Rearrange foods such as meatballs halfway through cooking both from top to bottom and from the center of the dish to the outside.

BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE

If the oven fails to operate:

• Check to ensure that the oven is plugged in securely. If it is not, remove the plug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds, and plug it in again securely.
• Check for a blown circuit fuse or a tripped main circuit breaker. If these seem to be operating properly, test the outlet with another appliance.

MICROWAVE

• Check to ensure that the control panel is programmed correctly and the timer is set.
• Check to ensure that the door is securely closed engaging the door safety lock system. Otherwise, the microwave energy will not flow into the oven.

UTENSILS GUIDE

● The ideal material for a microwave utensil is transparent to microwave, it allows energy to pass through the container and heat the food.
- Microwave can not penetrate metal, so metal utensils or dishes with metallic trim should not be used.
- Do not use recycled paper products when microwave cooking, as they may contain small metal fragments which may cause sparks and/or fires.
- Round /oval dishes rather than square/oblong ones are recommend, as food in corners tends to over-cook.
- Narrow strips of aluminium foil may be used to prevent overcooking of exposed areas. But be careful don't use too much and keep a distance of 1 inch (2.54cm) between foil and cavity.

CLEANING

Be sure to disconnect the oven from the power supply.

1. Clean the inside of the oven after using with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Clean the accessories in the usual way in soapy water.
3. The door frame and seal and neighbouring parts must be cleaned carefully with a damp cloth when they are dirty.

Utensil Test:

• Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in question.
  ● Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
• Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not use it for microwave cooking.
• Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

Materials you can use in microwave oven

Utensils Remarks

Aluminum foil Shielding only. Small smooth pieces can be used to cover thin parts of meat or poultry to prevent overcooking. Arcing can occur if foil is too close to oven walls. The foil should be at least 1 inch (2.5cm) away from oven walls.

Browning dish Follow manufacturer's instructions. The bottom of browning dish must be at least 3/16 inch (5mm) above the turntable. Incorrect usage may cause the turntable to break.

Dinnerware Microwave-safe only. Follow manufacturer's instructions. Do not use cracked or chipped dishes.

Glass jars Always remove lid. Use only to heat food until just warm. Most glass jars are not heat resistant and may break.

Glassware Heat-resistant oven glassware only. Make sure there is no metallic trim. Do not use cracked or chipped dishes.

Oven cooking bags	Follow manufacturer's instructions. Do not close with metal tie. Make slits to allow steam to escape.
Paper plates and cupsi	Use for short-term cooking/warming only. Do not leave oven unattended while coo-king.

Parchment paper	Use as a cover to prevent splattering or a wrap for steaming.

A) Never place the glass tray upside down. The glass tray should never be restricted.
B) Both glass tray and turntable ring assembly must always be used during cooking.
C) All food and containers of food are always placed on the glass tray for cooking.
D) If glass tray or turntable ring assembly cracks or breaks, contact your nearest authorized service center.

Countertop Installation

Remove all packing material and accessories. Examine the oven for any damage such as dents or broken door. Do not install if oven is damaged.

Cabinet: Remove any protective film found on the microwave oven cabinet surface.

Do not remove the light brown Mica cover that is attached to the oven cavity to protect the magnetron.

Grill Rack (Only for Grill series)

Shut off oven power if the door is opened during operation.

MICROWAVE

1) Select a level surface that provide enough open space for the intake and/or outlet vents. A minimum clearance of 3.0 inches (7.5cm) is required between the oven and any adjacent walls. One side must be open.

• Leave a minimum clearance of 12 inches (30cm) above the oven.
  ● Do not remove the legs from the bottom of the oven.
• Blocking the intake and/or outlet openings can damage the oven.
• Place the oven as far away from radios and TV as possible. Operation of microwave oven may cause interference to your radio or TV reception.
• Plug your oven into a standard household outlet. Be sure the voltage and the frequency is the same as the voltage and the frequency on the rating label.

WARNING: Do not install oven over a range cooktop or other heat-producing appliance. If installed near or over a heat source, the oven could be damaged and the warranty would be void.

The accessible surface may be hot during operation.

Operation Instructions

1. Clock Setting

When the microwave oven is electrified, the LED will display "0:00", buzzer will ring once.

1) Press „Clock/ Pre-Set“, the hour figures will flash, and the indicator for clock “☐” will light.

2) Turn “” to adjust the hour figures, the input time should be within 0--23.

3) Press "Clock/ Pre-Set", the minute figures will flash.

4) Turn “to adjust the minute figures, the input time should be within 0--59.

5) Press „Clock/ Pre-Set,, to finish clock setting. The indicator for clock “ 📁 ” will go out, “:” will flash, and the time will light.

2. Cooking food

Press „Micr./Grill/Combi.“ and turn ”, to select the function you want.

Press „Micr./Grill/Combi.“ and turn “ 📋, to select the cooking time.

Press „Start/Express Cook“ to start cooking. The maximum time is 95 minutes. Example: If you want to use 80% microwave to cook food for 20 minutes, you can operate the oven as the following steps.

1) Press „Micr./Grill/Combi.“, the screen display “P100”.

2) Turn ", to adjust the hour figures, the input time should be within 0--23.

3) Press „Micr./Grill/Combi.”, to confirm, the screen displays “P 80”.

4) Turn " , to adjust the cooking time until the oven displays "20:00".

5) Press „Start/Express Cook„ to start cooking or press „Stop/Clear„ to cancel the settings.

3. Grill Cooking

1) Press the "Micr./Grill/Combi.".
2) Turn to select the grill function.

3) Press the "Micr./Grill/Combi." to confirm.
4) Turn to adjust the cooking time.
5) Press the „Start/Express Cook,, key to start cooking. The 📄 will flash, “:” will be lighted.

Note: If half the grill time passes, the oven pause and beep twice. This is normal. You can just press „Start/Express Cook“ to continue cooking. But in order to have a better effect of grilling food, you should turn the food over, close the door, and then press „Start/Express Cook“ to continue cooking. If no operation in one minute, it will continue running and sound once.

4. Combination Cooking

1) Press the „Micr./Grill/Combi.“.
2) Turn " 🔍" to select the combination 1 or combination2.

3) Press the " " to confirm.
4) Turn to adjust the cooking time.
5) Press the “key to start cooking. The and “will flash, “:” will be lighted.

5. Start/Quick Start

When the oven is in the waiting state, Press „Start/Express Cook“ to start cooking food with full microwave power for 1 minute. Each press will increase one minute. The maximum cooking time is 95 minutes.

6. Defrost By W.T.

1) Press „Defrost By W.T." button. LED will display "dEF1", "and" will light.

2) Turn “to select the weight of food, the weight should be 100-2000g.

3) Press "Start/Express Cook" to start defrosting food. "and" will flash.

7. Defrost By Time

1) Press „Defrost By Time” button. LED will display "dEF2", "and" will light.

2) Turn “” to select the cooking time. The maximum time is 95 minutes.

3) Press "Start/Express Cook", to start defrosting food. "and" "will flash.

8. Inquiring Function

1) In micro., grill or combi. cooking state, press "Micr./Grill/Combi", the current power will be displayed for 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, the oven will turn back to the former state;
2) In cooking state, press „Clock/ Pre-Set“ to inquire the time and the time will flash in the LED for 4 seconds.
3) In preset state, you can press „Clock/ Pre-Set“. to inquire the preset time.

9. Multi-section cooking

At most 3 sections can be input for cooking. In multi-section cooking, if one section is defrosting, then defrosting shall be placed in the first section.

Example: If you want to use "20 minutes of 100% microwave power + 5 minutes of 80% microwave power" to cook food.

1) Press „Micr./Grill/Combi." pad, the screen display "P100".

2) Press „Micr./Grill/Combi.“ to select 100% microwave power.

3) Turn “to select cooking time.

4) Press „Micr./Grill/Combi.“ pad, the screen display "P100".

5) Turn “to select 80% microwave power.

6) Press „Micr./Grill/Combi." pad, then turn " " to select cooking time of 80% microwave power.

7) Press „Start/Express Cook“ to start cooking or press „Stop/Clear“ to cancel the setting.

10. Program set in Advance

1) Set the clock first. (Consult the instruction of clock setting.)
2) Input the cooking program. Three stage power levels can be set at most. Defrost should always be set as

the first stage, if it is included in the multi-level program.

Example: If you want to use 20 minutes of 100% microwave power to cook.

a. Press „Micr./Grill/Combi.“ pad, the screen display "P100".
b. Press „Micr./Grill/Combi." to select 100% microwave power.
c. Turn " " to select cooking time.
d.Do not press „Start/Express Cook“ at the last step.
3) Press „Clock/ Pre-Set“, the hour figures will flash, and the indicator “.” will light.
4) Turn “to adjust the hour figures, the input time should be within 0--23.

5) Press „Clock/ Pre-Set“, the minute figures will flash.

6) Turn "to adjust the minute figures, the input time should be within 0--59.

7) Press „Start/Express Cook“ to finish setting. The indicator for clock will flash. If the door is closed, buzzer will ring twice when the time arrives, then cooking will start automatically and the indicator for clock will go out.

11. Lock-out Function for Children

Lock: In waiting state, press "Stop/Clear" for 3 seconds, there will be a long beep denoting entering the children-lock state and LED will display.

Lock quitting: In locked state, press „Stop/Clear“ for 3 seconds, there will be a long “beep” denoting that the lock is released.

12. Auto Menu

Example: If you want to use "Auto Menu" to cook fish of 250g.

1) Press "Auto Menu", "☐" and "☐ will light.

Trouble shooting

NORMAL

Microwave oven interfering TV reception	Radio and TV reception may be interfered when microwave oven operating. It is similar to the interference of small electrical appliances, like mixer, vacuum cleaner, and electric fan. It is normal.
Dim oven light	In low power microwave cooking, oven light may become dim. It is normal.
Steam accumulating on door, hot air out of vents	In cooking, steam may come out of food. Most will get out from vents. But some may accumulate on cool place like oven door. It is normal.
Oven started accidentally with no food in	It is forbidden to run the unit without any food inside. It is very dangerous.
